“La Bella Vida” Is a brand new home enhanced by fabulous comfort!
Located between the beautiful “Lomadas Entrerianas” or Rolling Hills of Entre Rios, this state is known as “all the shades of green." Libertador San Martin is situated 250 miles from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This small University town has a world class hospital and enjoys the presence of students from all over the world. It has been described as a “Bubble” because of its distinctive life style. Almost another “blue Zone.”
This property features a Large open multipurpose Room also call “Quincho” with folding windows on each side. This large room can be fully opened has two ACs, and central heating system for winter weather.
Full chef kitchen with large wood fire BBQ and sitting area. It has a large TV with DirecTV cable service, WIFI, as well as a dining area with two tables and chairs.
Also in the "quincho" is one large freezer and refrigerator side by side , stove with 6 burners and oven, dishwasher, large sink , a bar and coffee station with extra sink.
The kitchen is well stocked with essentials for cooking and BBQing.
The area also includes one guest bathroom.
Adjacent there is a private guests suite or apartment with main bedroom with queen size bed , sides tables, large closet with mirrored sliding doors. Second room has two twin size beds, one dresser and a large closet. There is also a bar area that includes a small refrigerator, a small stove and sink with plenty of storage space. The beds and linens are elegant and pristine.
Access to laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board is provided.
One car garage.
Outdoor swimming pool (we provide pool towels).
There are many activities you can enjoy around our property and can be pre-arranged.

Everything was great. Beautiful place, well equipped and comfortable beds.

Brand new property with all imaginable amenities and great style. Comfortable bed with superior linen. Great bathroom with strong flow shower head. Complete kitchen with refrigerator-freezer, stove and oven. Brand new kitchen utensils. wonderful garden surrounding property and swimming pool.

Cómodo, completo, y de calidad
Nos alojamos varios días con mi familia en esta propiedad. El lugar está totalmente equipado para que no tengas que preocuparte de nada. Las camas son cómodas, los baños también. La cocina tiene de todo. La lavadora y secadora fueron claves también en nuestros días de vacaciones. La pileta es climatizada, y tienen reposeras muy cómodas.
Miriam tuvo además varios detalles con nosotros, para que todos podamos estar cómodos y disfrutar. Ella siempre estuvo atenta a cualquier cosa que necesitábamos.
El patio es amplio y hermoso. También pudimos disfrutarlo.
Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos lindos días, y que no tengas que preocuparte por nada. Totalmente recomendable.

Everything was excellent...enjoyable stay. Great view of farm lands. Quiet place. Great covered kitchen/BBQ area with air conditioning everywhere.
Lap pool right out the door.
We had transportation to go to the downtown restaurants and shops...the University and Hospital.
If not, easy access to taxis.
Would recommend it !!

We my husband and I , attended this university long ago, as young students we experienced some of the uniqueness on this town " friendship last a life time"
It is interesting that after most of us moved away to different parts of the world with career and jobs opportunities, most of us are coming back... temporarily of course.
After moving to USA long ago, we decided to get back to this beautify town , build a home and since we can not be here most of the year we decided to share our precious home with 'YOU," people who appreciate, care, and like to experience a different culture.
It is interesting that after most of us moved away to different parts of the world with career and jobs opportunities, most of us are coming back... temporarily of course.
