Rustic and charming house on Sahy hill.

The house is located amidst very green, on a lush hill bordered by the Sahy River. Excellent for those who want quiet, tranquility and ideal place for groups of friends with disposition and who want to stay in contact with nature.
For those arriving by car, it is necessary to park it at the end of Maria Caetana Street, where the ascent of the hill begins. Access is made by walking down a trail with some climbs and stairs.
It is not recommended for families with children, elderly people or people with reduced mobility.
Note: a person with an ATV will be available to pick up and drop off guests' luggage upon arrival and departure.
The distance between the house and the beach is approximately 300 meters.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 suites with double bed and 1 smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The master suite has a balcony, closet and bathroom with ceiling and glass wall overlooking the woods. All rooms have fans.

Uma delícia de casa para descansar

A casa é super charmosa, no estilo rústico, e em um lugar tranquilo da Barra do Sahy. A casa fica em uma parte mais alta do morro do Sahy, e o acesso inclui um pequeno trecho de trilha a pé. O caseiro faz o transporte das bagagens de moto, o que ajuda bastante. O que achamos mais gostoso na casa é curtir o deck com o jardim, descansando nas redes ou fazendo as refeições na mesa externa. Na suíte superior, é possível ver um pedaço de mar e praia da varanda. Recomendo para famílias com crianças maiores, pois a escada para a suíte superior é vazada. Certamente, retornarei com minha família

A casa é exatamente o que mostra nas fotos, muito boa para quem gosta de privacidade e natureza. No entanto acho que seria muito importante esclarecer a quem quiser alugá-la que apesar de ficar a 300 metros da praia, destes, 150 metros é de subida extremamente íngreme, ou seja, quem não estiver com o condicionamento físico em dia, não é indicado, bem como famílias que tenham crianças pequenas, idosos ou qualquer tipo de deficiências nos membros inferiores, porém, para quem gosta de aventura é um prato cheio, pois uma ida ao mercado ou a padaria se torna uma longa e exaustiva viagem.

Proprietário e caseiros super atenciosos. A casa é um refúgio, está em um local tranquilissimo, cercada de natureza. Voltaria com certeza.
