Luxurious Villa, Private Pool & Amazing Views by Andrea Sites - Crown Ridge

Rooftop terrace with amazing panoramic island views, 2 first floor terraces, and private pool and deck on ground level to enjoy outdoor living. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 with a separate kitchenette, and all with full en suite bathrooms with hot water. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Windows and doors throughout with screens to enjoy the Caribbean breezes. Air conditioning in each of the bedrooms. Living room, full kitchen with ample supplies and laundry room with washing machine. Remodeled interior 2019/2020 - nearly everything in the house is new (beds, pillows, linens, towels, etc.). Exterior repainted 2023. Two types of pillows available. Two dive gear rinse tanks, outdoor hanging rod, and large gear locker with hangers! King size bed upstairs. Downstairs bedrooms have 2 twins that can be used separately or converted to a king. Rates include weekly cleaning. Mid-week cleaning and / or towel exchange available upon advance request for an additional small fee. Local property manager. 10% discount with Dive Friends Bonaire (www.divefriendsbonaire.com) available on select items with advance request and reservations.

Lovely place. Needed more shade for us.

Beautiful property in a good location. Good diving set up near Andrea 1. We could have used a bit more shade to be able to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Te pool was lovely. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Brian and Holly were very responsive. The property manager Leanne was very nice.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus und die Lage des Hauses sind sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr nah am Tauchplatz Andrea 1 gelegen, somit ist auch mal ein abendlicher oder Spätnachmittaglicher Schnorchelgang möglich. In die Stadt sind es knapp 6 Kilometer. Das Wohngebiet, in dem das Haus liegt, ist sehr ruhig, wenn nicht gerade Baustellen sind. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Leannne ist perfekt und super freundlich. Der ganze Mietvorgang, übernahme Haus und Übergabe Haus war sehr unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder.

Absolutely Beautiful

Very Beautiful and well appointed property..beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. Softest bath towels ever! Leanne was very knowledgeable and informative and turned us on to a fabulous new brick oven pizza place "Pelican Pizza". Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

This house is absolutely beautiful. The three bedrooms and en-suite baths were incredibly spacious and perfectly appointed to fit our family’s needs. We particularly loved the outdoor dining space and pool area. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, however the house was located close enough to town that it was still convenient to have a meal in a restaurant when we chose. As a diving family our favorite feature was the secure rinse and storage area for our scuba gear. It was extremely convenient and made a tedious chore easy. Bryan and Holly (owners) and Leanne (property manager) were wonderful to deal with and always incredibly helpful.

ALMOST PERFECT

The property was beautiful and almost perfect, but for the construction, unknown to us, which was occurring right next door. You couldn’t ask for a better host and property manager. Both the host, Bryan, and the property manager, Leanne, are exceptional and very responsive. They both respond to any communication in less than an hour. The house is beautiful and filled with light. It has a well appointed kitchen with everything a cook needs plus basic spices and necessities to get you started. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very clean. The pool and gardens are wonderful and well maintained. The roof top view was incredible and the property’s dive locker and sinks are perfectly designed and made is easy to clean and hang our dive equipment I would have given this property a A++ but for the construction that was occurring right next door. We were not told about the construction that took place six days a week beginning at 7:30, which was very disappointing, On many days it was incredibly noisy and there was a lack of privacy whenever we used the pool because of the constant presence of six or so construction workers. The host and property manager understood the problem and worked hard to try and resolve it, but nothing stands in the way of progress or construction. Bonaire construction is booming so tenants could face such a problem anywhere on the island. Overall, and once the construction is finished, we would return to the house because everything else was perfect.

We purchased this property in November, 2019 and spent the first 4 months updating it. We have had minimal rentals since March 2020 due to the pandemic.

Why they chose this property

Crown Ridge is close to Andrea I and II and other dive sites in a great part of the island far enough away for peace and quiet yet close enough to easily run to the store or out to eat.
