This NEW, beautiful oceanfront villa coming with your privat deluxe Pickup Truck is the perfect destination for your holiday. The modern house with fiberglas internet is located in the south of the island in „Belnem“ in the famous „Punt Vierkant“ area. This area is widely regarded to have the most luxury and beautiful oceanfront properties on Bonaire.
You can enjoy the terrasse around the fantastic infinity pool next to the ocean with a huge gazebo with it‘s sun protected chill area and a second outdoorkitchen. In the livingroom you can chill by streaming your own music on the available Soundsystem.

The villa offers one of the best views of Bonaire. Views over the dazzling sea, Klein Bonaire, the bay of Kralendijk and the salthills. Have your dinner and a Glas of wine while watching the sunset. The chances are pretty good you will even see a group of dolphins swimming by. Use the direct access to the Caribbean Sea to enter the water whenever you want.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

We have been to Bonaire many times and this property was our favorite! The villa is beautiful, location is perfect, and having direct ocean access is amazing. We loved relaxing by the pool and being able to look out over the ocean. The host is outstanding and was very accommodating to our schedule. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect spot for large family

This was a memorable week made even better by staying at this beautiful home. Family gathered on Bonaire from all over and some for the first time. The location was perfect, neighbors friendly and view spectacular. We had 5 adults and two children (8 & 11). Highly recommend!

Paradise on the water

We love Bonaire and this property! We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s worth it. The house and view are beautiful and the property management team is amazing to work with. Would highly recommend.

Paradise in Bonaire

Our recent stay at this property in Bonaire was fabulous. Our host Dennis was great and helped us with luggage, checkin and checkout. Enjoyed meeting Stephen and hearing lots of stories about Bonaire and the property. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Unique architecture that enhances the beautiful view. Turquoise water, dolphins, flamingos, kite surfers, are your daily entertainment. You will have a great time at this beautiful property!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time at this villa for our first time to Bonaire. The owners were very responsive and Irma was always available to help with any questions throughout the stay. From the moment she met us at the airport until we checked out, we experienced the VIP treatment. The views from the deck and pool were simply indescribably beautiful. We snorkeled and dive right off of our deck and the experience was top notch. The location was perfect and only a 10 minute drive or less to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and airport. We will definitely be back to this most unique location.

Amazing Location and Property

This property is amazing. It has an open air living area on the ocean with a pool as well 4 large bedrooms overlook the ocean are very comfortable and well decorated. The included amenities helped transition us from traveling right to relaxing. The included truck made getting around the island for snorkeling, diving, and shopping incredibly convenient. The owners are fantastic and responsive. Dennis was attentive to our needs and guiding us to local interests. Will stay again when we return.

Perfect home base for all our Bonaire adventures

Comfortable 2 story house with en-suites in each of the 4 (air conditioned) bedrooms gave my group privacy and the open floor plan of both levels allowed us to enjoy the breezes and sounds of the ocean right in front of us. Amazing location away from the cruise ship chaos but right next to things we needed. We enjoyed gorgeous snorkling off the deck anytime we wanted in addition to lounging by the pool. The kitchen was kindly stocked with delicious snacks and beverages upon our arrival so we didn’t have to run out for provisions right away which was amazing! We took advantage of the truck rental and appreciated the big size, quality, and comfort it afforded us while exploring the island. They even had a rinse tank and line for our scuba gear. Hosts were extremely responsive when the grill had issues and they replaced it promptly with a charcoal grill so we could still enjoy cooking out by the pool. Really an A+ experience all around - can’t wait to go back!

Just amazing!

Loved this place from the get-go. Dennis made our arrival easy with a pick up from the airport and an in-person walk through of the place. Melanie and Dennis helped make my friend’s birthday special by picking up a pumpkin pie and having it there to surprise her upon arrival. (Thank you! 3) And the pre-stocked up snacks in the fridge were a sweet and thoughtful touch.The location was great. Sitting on the edge of the ocean and watching the colorful clouds and sun set, and the moon/stars rise every night, was breathtaking. We heard the parrots in the morning and the wild donkeys at night.The pool was always so clean and inviting.Any time we needed anything, Dennis was prompt in his response.We were there in a bit of the rainy season, so mosquitos were a pain in the evening, but the house had some repellent on hand which helped.My only complaint was starting our trip here - our next place in Curaçao was equally beautiful, but was constantly compared to this place on Bonaire, it just never lived up to it! Oh how we missed Dennis, and all that the house on Bonaire provided. Hope to come back again someday. Thank you!

Beachfront Oasis

Wow! We’ve stayed at VRBOs all over the world and this was the best. What more can you ask for than crystal clear water right at your doorstep? The kids (ages 7, 9, 12 and 13) spent MANY hours snorkeling right off the back and playing in the waves. (It would not be ideal for younger children however) The owner, Melanie, and concierge? (Dennis) were both absolutely excellent! Everything was made easy for us, start to finish. The place is clean and designed well for vacations. Our neighborhood was safe (we walked there in the evenings) and quiet. We loved the pool and enjoyed a lot of time there when we were tired of snorkeling. The outdoor shower, provided snorkels, and ample seating were also a plus. I would recommend this to all visiting Bonaire. Please note that the living space and kitchen are all open air, but this allows you to enjoy the generous Bonaire breeze! We saw flamingos, crabs, iguanas and dolphins all while enjoying the spectacular ocean views.

Friend Vacay

The property was amazing. This was our first time to Bonaire and we had a wonderful time. The home was exactly as advertised and pictures do not do it justice. Dennis was very easy to communicate with and he arranged a massage day with Ashlee for us at the unit. It was AMAZING. The pool area was our favorite part and we stayed in the pool ALOT since August is a hot time to visit Bonaire. The only downside of the unit is no air conditioning in the open common area and a small fan might have been a plus for the hottest times. The kitchen had everything we needed. Love that the fridge was stocked when we arrived. Made it easy not to have to run right back out to the store. We saw dolphins, flamingos, turtles and fishes right from the deck area. We did a circle island Tuk Tuk Tour which was a great intro to the island and its history. We also did the Chill and Grill Catamaran Tour with Epic Tours. We highly recommend. We hope to return to this wonderful unit one day soon. Thanks for your hospitality.

The location is amazing along with the privacy. Walking over to Delfins or a minute drive to Ocean Oasis to grab food was super simple. There is also a neighborhood grocery store right up the street for amenities. The bedrooms have AC but the upstairs living room and kitchen do not. The breeze through the kitchen meant it was 5-10 degrees than the living room which made a big difference during the trip due to the heat (90’s with real feel up to 110). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there were even some items left over from prior renters that were utilized. Cooktop and oven worked like a charm. The water is extremely hot if doing dishes by hand so be forewarned. We hooked up our fire stick to the tv so we could have NFL and MLB games on in the background while cooking and hanging out. They also have a large JBL speaker you can bring downstairs and connect to Bluetooth with that worked great!The pool is set up perfectly to sit in and look out to the ocean. Sunsets are amazing but since you are facing west, shade is at a minimum so hats and sunglasses are necessary full time until the sun sets. It was fun seeing all the little crabs coming up the sea wall.Beds were super comfortable and easily fell asleep. Like the rain showers and good water pressure. There is no door on the bathroom so that is something to be aware of.The truck was an amazing addition and allowed up to explore the island without concern or worry.

Perfection in paradise

The photos don’t do this property justice. We had the most amazing week, and our third time back to Bonaire. Pick up was perfect and we were whisked away to paradise as soon as we stepped out of the airport. We especially loved the outdoor concept of the home with 4 bedrooms with master baths behind sliding doors. Open kitchen and dining/living room. We just didn’t spend much time upstairs there because the pool/lounge area was so amazing. We snorkeled off the front side, we saw flamingos fly by every am. And we saw dolphins one morning! Yay!!! The truck was great, immaculate. I got a flat one day (my fault) and the owner personally picked us up, got the truck loaded up that afternoon and fixed and dropped back off to us in just a few hours! How’s that for customer service. We 100% are staying here again next trip to Bonaire. Hands down the nicest rental home we have ever stayed in.

A well appointed villa in a diving paradise

We keep coming back.

This is our 4th year renting this property and we are already booked for next year. The property sits on the water and we listen to the waves all night. All bedrooms have air conditioning but opening the windows allows a breeze to blow through. The living rest of the house is open air allowing for beautiful views. We have rented 9 other houses on Bonaire but only this one more than once and we continue coming back.

A Jewel

The villa exceeded our expectations. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Efficient air conditioning and delightful pool. This place with its own coral reef and beautiful vista is truly a jewel. The owners and manager were ever so helpful and answered all questions and dealt with problems promptly. Danki to Melanie, Stefan and Dennis. We will try to return asap.

Stephan“ and his wife „Melanie“ went to school and grew up in GERMANY. With an age of 17 years Stephan startet his own still activ company before he studied business. After growing up the company over a lot of years he met Melanie and they decided to realize Stephan‘s lifetimedream - a worldsurrounding with a high sea catamaran. After 2 years sailing in the Mediterranean Sea they already had there first child „Fynn“ and the second boy „Leiff-Ocean“ was on the way as they crossed the Atlantik from Gran Canaria to St. Lucia. After cruising 3 years in the Caribbean Sea they felt in love with Bonaire. They lived another 1,5 years in front of Bonaire on the boat and started the new Projekt to build a modern styled waterfront villa. In between Leiff- Ocean and Fynn are going to school and they speak German, Dutch, English and Papiamento.
