Sisters Retreat

The property was lovely. Gave us an opportunity to enjoy our retreat and just focus on building relationships. The location of the property is excellent. Out of town yet very close to town, restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities. I would recommend this property, and I would stay there again given the opportunity.

The house satisfactorily accommodated a party of 9. Nice fenced yard and we were able to see a couple of horses in the next yard. There is a wood pit and it was nice to be able to do s'mores at night. The manager promptly returned and answered my question. Overall it was a nice, enjoyable stay. I have a few specific suggestions and will be happy to talk with the manager / owner if interested. I may be contacted via VRBO.

Great location close to wine tasting in Cornville /Cottonwood, visiting Jerome/Sedona, etc. Lovely views on front and back patio. Enjoyed watching the horses play while we drank out morning coffee. Appreciated the games (we played Family Feud).

Welcoming and quiet.

My 2 sisters and I stayed in this charming guest ranch house for a Sedona, Grand Canyon get away. Very nice rooms and beds, nice decor and wonderful horses next door. We had a motorized wheelchair that sadly couldn't make it to the door with the slab stone path or across the lifted doorframe. I'd definitely recommend this place but not if handicapped. No grab bars by toilet or in shower. But the owners were very forthcoming with that information up front so we knew before we came. And they brought a board to go over the stone path to help with my sisters walker. Lots of spaces to gather inside and out to chat. Enjoyed eatting at old town Cottonwood and nearby Jerome's Hunted hotel.

PRE-Christmas Relaxation

Beautiful home in a quiet setting. The lights strung above the fire pit were welcome and we enjoyed the evenings. A lovely walk down to the river, scavenger hunt and basketball court kept us entertained. Spent a day in Jerome, also explored local parks. Very cozy and well appointed home.

Fantastic and memorable experience!

We are so fortunate to have found this gorgeous property for a last-minute trip we planned to take to Sedona. We were not familiar with the area, and wondered whether we'd regret booking a place outside Sedona. But wow, did we make the right choice. We loved that this special ranch was just the right distance away from the tourists and traffic in Sedona that we could enjoy the area during the day, and retreat to the quaint little wine-country town of Cottonwood for our dinners. We stayed in the guesthouse, which was spotlessly maintained and beautifully decorated. The grounds were also perfect for our little family to enjoy, with the yard, firepit, and basketball court. And the owner was responsive and more than accommodating when we had questions. We are a few days home now, and already miss this truly special spot. If we are able to come back and visit again, we won't think twice about where to book!
