Walk to cafes, restaurants, local stores, the GABBA and just an easy walk to Southbank, CBD or Fortitude Valley. Long term renters receive one free park, WIFI, electric and water included in fee.

Modern ground floor unit, open plan meals/dining space that leads to a large private courtyard. Great unit for families, couples, groups or business travellers needing some where central and with free secure parking (x1), and a swimming POOL.
We like staying here then walking to a game at the GABBA or walking across the bridge to walk along the river to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the StoryBridge Hotel Pub and Shafston Pub is across the street. The private courtyard provides lots of space for outdoor dining, bikes and children to play.

A large outdoor playground with basketball courts is a short walk away as are the Kangaroo Point Cliffs, Anytime Fitness, IGA, chemist, various restaurants.

2 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 ensuite bathrooms.

Please note: we provide a “starter pack” for our guests (selection of teas/ coffee/cooking oil/ salt/ pepper/ peanut butter/vegemite/margarine/milk/basic cereal/loaf bread/basic noodle soup. Plus dish liquid soap/ hand soaps/ laundry soap/toilet rolls, etc) Items are not replenished during your stay.
