A beautiful house that exceeded our expectations! Loved the huge outdoor stone bath, the lush gardens and high fences that provide plenty of privacy, making it feel like a tranquil retreat, we shifted into holiday mode as soon as we walked in the door. The spacious, open-plan layout with a well-stocked kitchen that flows seamlessly into the large poolside deck, complete with day beds and an outdoor kitchen—perfect for lounging with family or friends. Each bedroom is generously sized and comes with its own bathroom. Conveniently located to the beach, shops, and restaurants, it’s ideally situated for exploring. Michael, the host, was very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend this, stylish comfortable home and can’t wait to return.

A truly amazing property so close to Lennox Head, Ballina and Byron Bay areas. The house was so well tailored for us with everything we needed including fruit bowl, beach towels, games, movie subscriptions and more. A fantastic holiday.

Amazing short stay in this meticulously clean and beautifully appointed home. The views were stunning and the location second to none. We would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely rebook! The owners were the perfect hosts.

The Outlook was a perfect place to spend a relaxing long weekend with sun, surf and beach. Within walking distance of the cafes, shops and pub of Lennox Head and close to the SLSC it is perfectly located. Easy access to the beach was perfect for a toddler. The house itself is well equipped and set up with everything you could need. We had such a relaxing stay we will definitely return!

We’ll equiped, clean house on waterfront with clear views to ocean. Fabulous location within walking distance to shops, hotel, coffee shops and restaurants , making a fabulous holiday perfect.

This spacious property had fantastic facilities to keep 7 kids (from 9-15) and 7 adults ‘entertained’ for 5 days. Pool, hot tub, table tennis, billiard table, trampoline, books, board games, gym, It is also very well stocked with everything you might need for a holiday, but wouldn’t want to necessarily have to buy. e.g. bug spray, kitchen roll, gladwrap, toilet paper etc. One suggestion we have is the provision of a decent coffee maker, and less important, but possibly desirable with so many kids….a sandwich toaster. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, and the meal provided by the private chef was superb….a fabulous birthday dinner
