Angel Heights - Deluxe Villa, Close to Holetown

Angel Heights and Hummingbird Cottage were constructed in 2015 nestled and is quietly nestled on Mahogany Ridge, Sea View in Holetown, St. James, just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches, exclusive shopping, bars and restaurant. Beautifully furnished by the owners, the property is perfect for families and adult groups

The superbly maintained property consists of the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house known as Angel Heights which carries a roof- deck bar that allows for unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea and sunset.

The property can accommodate 12 persons in total and can be rented as a 3 bed, 2 bed and a 5/6 bed option. Enquire about renting the 2-bedroom cottage.

Both properties have fully equipped kitchens complete with cookware, dining ware, glassware and utensils.

Housekeeping is provided Monday - Saturday with garden and pool service twice per week.

Please note, this listing is specifically for the 3-bed main house Angel Heights.

The guest would be able to access the entire house, roof deck, swimming pool, kitchen, bedrooms bathrooms, garage, courtyard and gardens. At times, the 2-bedroom self-contained cottage may be rented to other guests, but they will not have use to any of the space in the main house, excluding the laundry area which is in the garage attached to the main house.

Best Vacation Ever!!!!

This was a 10 out of 10 experience. The property is stunning and in an amazing location, just secluded enough but with Holetown right on your doorstep and access to amazing restaurants, cafes, bars and high end shops. Sheena the property manager was superb from our initial planning of the trip, arrival to the island/property and departure - very communicative and suggested lots of restaurants and activities which she helped to coordinate. We completely fell in love with Barbados and this would not have been possible without Sheena and the rest of the staff. We will def be back again!!!!!!!

Nightmarish communication and water outages

The property itself was stunning but the property manager, Sheena, was a nightmare to deal with. She did not share the location of the property in time so we had to go look for it ourselves at check in (luckily we were familiar with the area and could recognize the house from the road) … then she was completely unreachable for 3 days of our 5 day stay. The water at the house was turned off twice (meaning we were not able to flush the toilets!!) and we could not reach her to help us sort it out. We also needed some support for an insurance issue since half of our party caught COVID-19 and was unable to make it to the island. When she eventually responded after nearly 2 weeks of trying to reach her multiple times a day, instead of being apologetic or helpful, she was defensive, rude, and extra difficult. Until now (2 weeks after our stay) we have STILL not been able to get the email we need confirming the terms of the rental agreement from her. One would expect that when renting a property at these rates that you would at least be able to reach your host when your toilet stops working or you have an urgent logistical matter to handle. I have never experienced such incompetence. The house keeper, Kendra, was the only person who tried to help us and she was wonderful to us during our entire stay through these other frustrations. Overall, I would recommend that you save yourself the stress and rent something else.

Both Angel Heights and Hummingbird Cottage carry a very modern design which make them stand out so to say....
They also have a very at home feel when you enter and are both unique in furnishing and independent of each other which allows for absolute privacy when rented separately.

The entire property is gated which offers added security especially for families with young children.

You will not be disappointed!

What makes this property unique

The main house (Angel Heights) has a large roof deck which is great for families who may wish to make use of the airconditioned bar for a cocktail night, while watching sunsets or gazing at the stars.
