Amazing location especially with a rental vehicle, house was clean and host was spectacular with helping with any questions I had. 20min walk to beach which was amazing, beaches seemed much quieter the further north on the island you went! Amazing restaurants close by, and all the amenities are a close drive

Birthday Getaway

This place was great, we all enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything we needed, host responded very quick and was very helpful. We didn’t know before that all the places we wanted to visit were on the other side of the island and transportation was pretty costly but overall we enjoyed the stay and Speightowns was nice.

We arrived in Barbados to a different property and it was completely unsafe and unliveable we were practically made homeless with nowhere to stay that night frantically trying to find a new property with two young children, I came across Tricia’s property. From the outset she was absolutely amazing she did all she can calling in her cleaners on a Sunday to make sure the property was ready for us I have never had such an amazing experience from a property manager and her team. Customer service aside the property was absolutely beautiful!!!! Thank you again Tricia

WE LOVE BARBADOS

Our time in Barbados and at Tricia's property was top-notch. My boyfriend and I were delayed a day, and Tricia went above and beyond to ensure my friends had everything they needed, along with recommendations on what to do while waiting for us. The house was immaculate, and the pool was perfect for cooling off during the day. The house was just down the road from the Sugar Cane Club, an easy pick-up for our booked excursions, and within walking distance to Pier One - which had a bar/pool/and access to the beautiful Caribbean ocean. Also, it was a 15-minute walk in either direction for public transportation. We did not have enough time to do everything we wanted, and with that, we will surely be back. Beautiful island, beautiful people, and amazing experiences. Memories to last us a lifetime.

Great Holiday .....

Just want to say a big thank you to Tricia the villa host.. who went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great experience and a smooth stay at the villa....and to Kay the house keeper who was soo friendly and funny ... also a really hard and conscientious worker... The villa was lovely ... very modern ....everything we wanted in a holiday let... we opted to get a hire rental car for our stay . if you are fit you can walk to and from the nearest beach (there's a hill to walk back) ... my partner and daughters used it for excercise and ran up it every other day...we actually loved the beach down the hill.. even without facilities...the villa is in a very central area ...we managed to see most of the Island in our 2 week stay .. Tricia sorted our car rental and airport transfers.. Thank you again for this ... 💓 loved it soo much we will return ... 🌴❤️....
