Apartment very well located and close to everything. A very spacious suite with double bed and a sofa bed, good and spacious bathroom. Another bedroom with a bunk bed plus two extra mattresses with bathroom right in front of the door. Large kitchen with stove, fridge and freezer. Cupboard with plates, cutlery and glasses. Aerial with tank and washing machine and clothesline to extend clothes. Large living room with street view and 42 LED TV and sofa. Table in the dining room. Amazing balcony with space for small portable barbecue for those who are interested. Excellent apartment in the center of Praia Seca, with restaurants in front and next. Plenty of options to eat (pizzeria, restaurant, snack bars). Very easy access, 5 min drive from the beach and practically in front of the lagoon (Lagoon with great options for kite, kayak, standup, sailing, jet skiing etc). Shopping center very close (gas station, market, bakery, drink and ice depot, bars). Municipal and intercity bus at the door.
