Why they chose this property
I grew up in Tucson and a large portion of my family lives there so it was an easy choice when selecting a location for another rental property. I fell for this light filled house and its high beamed ceilings and panoramic views of the desert. I had to have it. I will be upgrading the kitchen and bathrooms very soon.
What makes this property unique
It is in the foothills so it is a great location to get to the University of Arizona, shopping, hiking, site seeing and many attractions in the area.
