Our charming “Pool Chalet” was built by civil engineer John Brock when he purchased the entire mountain and kept the most beautiful ridge for his retirement home. It even belonged to Miss New York at one point in time!

As soon as you arrive, you'll head straight for the expansive private patio - a perfect space for outdoor entertaining - to admire the breathtaking Smoky Mountain views. The patio also features a private swimming pool that you and your companions can utilize in the summer months (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) as well as a private hot tub from which you can observe dazzling sunrises and sunsets behind the mountains.

You'll find the home's gorgeous 3-level interior equally as impressive, boasting natural oak ceilings and southern views of the mountains through massive wall-to-wall windows.
