Located in New Buffalo, welcome to Berrien Harbor House! This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is perfect for your next getaway to Harbor Country. You will love the private heated pool (open May 20-October 8) along with outdoor firepit great for roasting smores under the stars. Outdoor seating is ideal for your poolside meals. The main floor boasts a fully stocked kitchen with island seating for two, two dining areas with seating for 10, plus a family room with big screen TV. Three bedrooms on main floor, one with king bed, one with queen, and the third bedroom with two extra-long twin beds. Two full bathrooms on main floor as well. The second floor has one large bedroom with two queen beds with TV and gas fireplace. Also, outdoor screened-in balcony with seating and full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including private heated pool with retractable cover, internet, cable, central AC/heat, washer/dryer, firepit, gas grill, and much more! A short walk to downtown New Buffalo and New Buffalo public beach. Just steps from Bentwood Tavern for drinks overlooking the marina. Walking distance to Amtrak Station so no need for a car. Casino Shuttle a short walk away as well.

Family Beach House Vacation

We all (ages 7 - 85) enjoyed our stay at the house. There place was clean, there was plenty of room and it is so close to everything in town. The check-in process was very simple and the owners were quick to respond if we needed anything. We had a great time and hope to rent this house again in the coming years.

Spacious Home Great Deck and Pool

Very nice for 8 guests ranging in age from 3-90, with 2 dogs! Home is easy to access, and the deck and pool in back are perfect for relaxing. Close to marina and restaurants. Everything is clean and up to date.

Great location, wonderful pool.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this house. We spent many hours, especially the children in the pool. The pool cover was a great safety feature. Short, nice walk into town. 1st floor bedrooms are on the small side, but the upstairs master was spacious. We would love to stay here again.

Great Girls Getaway!

We had amazing time at the property! The house was so close to restaurants and shopping in New Buffalo that we were able to walk. Even though it was not as warm as we hoped we still had a great time enjoying the backyard and pool. Overall the house was clean and the perfect size for even 10 adults! I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect house for group

We had a group of 9 and the property and location were perfect for the group. Walking distance to the Marina for rentals and town strip for food and entertainment. The backyard was perfect for games and plenty of space for groups to gather in different areas. We would go back!

Surprise find in New Buffalo

New Buffalo has become our vacation spot. This house was perfect for six of us. Accommodations were great for four adults and two teens. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Pool was fun. Quiet location. Ability to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants was a highlight. We will definitely return to this house.

Great Location and Pool

The house was perfect for a group of three couples. The pool and whole backyard were really nice (completely fenced in for dogs too). The pool was even heated enough to be enjoyable on a sunny 50 degree day. It was a really nice short walk to downtown as well as to the beach. The only issue was that the kitchen supplies could use an upgrade. The knives were essentially unusable.

Clean and comfy!

Our group of friends (all 60+ Women) absolutely loved this property, and some of them are pretty hard to please.. We enjoyed the pool so much that we rarely even went out. Having gorgeous weather helped, but the 5 of us were very comfortable and really able to relax. We did some damage in the shops, too. Just a perfect week, you can’t go wrong here. We like to jump around every year, but may have to consider a repeat for next year.

We three couples have taken a fall leaf-peeping long weekend for 20 years, renting houses all over Michigan. This house fit us perfectly. The family room seating arrangement was really conducive to conversation. The kitchen - unlike other houses we've rented - was very well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, etc. The heated pool -- in mid-October! - was an added luxury and much appreciated. And even an old codger like me could make the walk to downtown New Buffalo without breaking a sweat!

New Buffalo Review

Everything was good. The only issues were that the coffee pot was not working - seems like someone broke the pot and replaced it with one that did not work with the machine. We had to get a coffee pot the morning after arriving. Also, the heated pool was supposed to be open the weekend we were there. We planned to use it even with the colder weather and we’re very disappointed that we were not able to as the winter cover was already on. Otherwise, it was as advertised and we’d likely consider returning in the future.

I am sorry to hear that they thought pool was closed but that was the automatic pool cover that was on pool. We are available 24/7 for our clients so all they had to do was call us.

Great Get Away

Great location - close walk to beach and town. The house has plenty of space, a nice screened in porch off the upstairs bedroom, a spacious and fenced in backyard and the beds are very comfortable! We have rented other properties in New Buffalo and I would rank this property at the top of the list. Communication was excellent you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making sure that visitors are comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Family vacay getaway

Great place for family getaway—only wish the weather cooperated—wind, rain, storms and tornado warnings. The backyard and pool area were the best features, we needed more outside time but would recommend this property!
