About this property

This Yacht Club Villas condo is located in Building 1 on the 11th floor with gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway!! It is beautifully decorated and perfect for your family vacation or for golfers! Plenty of room to have a family dinner around the dining room table or the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal with all stainless steel appliances. The living room is very spacious and has a large Flat Screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. There is a King bed in 1st bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom, 2 Queens in the 3rd bedroom and 2 Queens in the 4th bedroom. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and flat screen TVs. It is perfect for large families and groups. You will also love that it has a washer/dryer to do your laundry if you need to.

In the warmer months you have access to the large ionized pool and hot tub located next door at the North Tower. Barefoot Landing is right across the Waterway and has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions. You can check out a show at The House of Blues or the Alabama Theater. Check out Lulu's, Taco Mundo or Flying Fish for a great meal or check out one of the many other restaurants nearby. Barefoot Landing also has fireworks every Monday evening in the Prime season and you can watch them right from the balcony at your rental property.

Barefoot Resort has a free shuttle that runs every hour in the summer that will bring you to the beach or to Barefoot Landing. There are also 4 Championship Golf Courses located onsite if you like to golf. We can help you set up tee times with one of our professional Golf Masters if you want to do a round or two. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and very accommodating for my family. The only issue I had was one of the beds in the unit was wet(with pee) and the linens hadn't been changed. Also the unit was very dusty.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice, however, when we arrived in our room, the ceiling above the toilet in the master bathroom was out. No one called us before hand to let us know that there was a leak or problems with our unit. The toilet in the front bathroom didn't work, and when we informed maintenance the reply was "We already know about it". When I went to the vacation office to tell them about the ceiling being out, they offered to cancel my reservation. It was not until I showed the pictures that they gave me a refund for one night, however, we were there for a week, no ceiling, the ice maker did not work on the refrigerator, and the poor plumbing in the first bathroom. It would have been nice if someone would have called us before hand to let us know about the leak in the ceiling and offer a different unit.
