As you'll discover: The location is truly unbeatable. You're just steps from the ocean and a short walk to the heart of Kona. Plus, the condo boasts amazing ocean views from both floors. Despite being close to town, the complex is tucked away from the main street, offering a quiet and serene setting.
We hope you'll enjoy waking up to: STUNNING Ocean Views, Whale Watching (During Whale Season) and sipping coffee on your private lanai off the master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to observe humpback whales, spinner dolphins, and other marine life.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location, many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The condo is lovely and has all of the amenities you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Some of the light we out. Not enough pool chair at the pool! Otherwise the condo was great!

We were not informed of any lightbulbs going out as there are extra bulbs in the closet. We also do not control the number of chairs at the Pool but I know who to speak to about that. Thank you for renting our Awesome Condo.

The property was extremely neat, clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent, centrally located to all of the town center, and close to a lot of excellent restaurants. The condo complex pool was clean, quiet and easily accessed from the condo, as was the garbage building. The available washer & dryer were great and very much appreciated.NOTE #1: The second bedroom and ground floor bathroom had windows that opened directlyt to the outside without any glass, just shutters. This meant that air conditioning was not possible in these rooms and they were very warm (85) and humid. The available fans helped cool the bedroom at night to a more manageable temperature, but I feel this was not adequately explained in the property description (which only mentions the available fans). The main bedroom and the family room both had air conditioners and were comfortable.NOTE#2: Even though the condo complex has a driveway that connects the 2 main roads, the driveway was blocked and you could only reach the assigned parking space from the lower Walua Road - GPS kept trying to direct us to the main upper Kaukini Highway, which did not work obviously.NOTE#3: The only lanai (balcony) was located off of the master bedroom. there is no usable lanai from the family room. This meant that the lanai could only be used when the master bedroom was unoccupied. Not really an issue, just something to be aware of.Overall: An excellent location but be aware of the second bedroom temperature.

The Guests Told me in an Email that they Loved the Condo and that it was Very Comfortable and they Enjoyed it Very Very Much and that the Condo was Very Well Maintained. The guests took care of the Condo and followed all of our suggestions, which we very much appreciate. Everything is detailed in the Listing as much as VRBO Allows.

Kona getaway

We really enjoyed the condo. Two concerns. The cold water in the kitchen sink doesn’t work at all. No water comes out. The electrical outlet in the downstairs bathroom is loose and fell out of the wall.

I do not have any idea what she is referring to about the water in the kitchen as she never contacted us and NO ONE else has mentioned or contacted us about it either. OUR CONDO IS AWESOME……
