Light, airy, very large single. Lovely garden accessible, sit out and barbecue. Upstairs, circular staircase, GREAT neighborhood, Hancock Park adjacent, walk to LARCHMONT VILLAGE, shops, restaurants, cute clothes, several coffee shops, hip organic coffee, organic ice cream shop. Close to downtown, Hollywood, West Hollywood, 30 minutes to Santa Monica Beach. Good same street parking, with pass. $200 refundable deposit required, for pass. QUIET neighborhood in the heart of everything.
The space
Large comfortable single. Very clean. Enjoy the yard, and barbecue. Street parking, access to public transportation, close to City Live Downtown, 30 minutes from the Beach, 10 minutes from Hollywood. Window air conditioner, ceiling fan, Cable TV, cold months, electric fireplace heats the room.
Guest access
Apartment is on it's own, separate entrance from yard. Must be able to go up stairs, winding staircase.
Other things to note
Kitchen pictures don't reveal...there is no stove for cooking, Microwave, convection oven, Crockpot, toaster, rice/vegetable cooker. We have 2 wonderful dogs, but they are not in the apartment section of the yard. If you book for one month or longer, you will be expected to clean, the apartment, vacuum, and clean the bathroom and kitchen at least once a month. You can also hire my maid if you do not want to do your own cleaning.
