Built on a hill overlooking the plain of Mandelieu, the marina of La Napoule, the sea and the Lérins islands, the property of "TERRASSES DE CANNES - MANDELIEU" is nestled in a corner of the Estérel massif which protects it from the Mistral blowing from the west.
This advantage gives it often less windy summers and cooler winters than those of the Var and the hinterland of Provence.
The coastline is made up of a long sandy beach as far as Cannes and small romantic and family coves in the direction of the Var.
All water sports are practiced there.

The plain of Mandelieu, is crossed by rivers whose banks are arranged and where it is sweet to stroll or indulge in the joys of fishing or rowing.
Forests of oaks, pines and mimosas line the immediate hinterland and are crisscrossed by numerous marked trails for the enjoyment of mountain bikers and hikers.

The tourist resources of Cannes (5 km), Antibes (15 km), Grasse (15 km) Nice (35 km), Monaco, etc ... and villages in the hinterland such as Mougins, Saint Paul de Vence, Tourrette sur Loup, Biot, Valbonne, Cabris and how many others give the irresistible desire to leave again.
A little further, Monaco, Menton and Italy (only 60 km) complete the range of possibilities offered.

The swimming pool reserved for the only inhabitants of the building is secured to meet legal standards.

The apartment and its indoor, private and closed garage are on the same floor and joined by a corridor of a few meters. They are accessible from the street by elevator.
All the living rooms open with large sliding glass doors onto the 20 m2 furnished terrace with an electric tent.
Air conditioning allows summer vacationers to stay safe from extreme temperatures

The equipment of the apartment is complete, modern and abundant. It is regularly adapted to needs by the owners who live there all winter and receive friends and acquaintances there.

Only the bathroom linen and bed sheets and pillowcases are to be provided by the tenant.

Appartement agréable
L'appartement est conforme à la description publiée sur le site. Il est propre et correctement équipé, la terrasse est spacieuse et agréable, la climatisation très appréciable compte tenu de l'exposition très ensoleillée, une belle piscine agrémente le tout. Tous nos remerciements à Christine pour son accueil et sa prévenance. Un petit bémol cependant concernant l'accès et les difficultés de stationnement. La résidence est accessible par un chemin privé très escarpé avec une pente à 25%, il n'y a que très peu de places de stationnement devant la résidence, les dimensions du garage sont incompatibles avec un véhicule de type familial. Il faut donc prévoir un accès à pied relativement long et difficile par un chemin à forte pente inenvisageable pour des personnes âgés, de très petits enfants ou toute personne à mobilité réduite. Une mise en garde à ce sujet devrait figurer très clairement dans l'annonce.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Übergabe durch die Mrs Schuppen war sehr angenehm. Zu bemängeln ist die Parksituation. Man muss sich jeden Abend einen Parkplatz suchen. Die Tiefgaragen Plätze sind zu eng für größere Autos.
