Ocean access, a base for fishing ,kayaking, birdwatching , and river tours.
The house is located on a well landscaped 2 acre gated lot in the heart of downtown Sierpe. It is a West Indies style house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large screened porch . complete kitchen and laundry room bedrooms and kitchen are air-conditioned . The kitchen is well equipped with a smart oven and four burner stove. It is tastefully furnished and comfortable. The porch area has a 42 inch smart TV with high speed Internet . The bedrooms have one full-size bed each and the porch has a full-size very comfortable futon.
