Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 22 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Best experience! Very sophisticated and well-appointed space. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and space was immaculate! Hosts were responsive and made my stay perfect! I have stayed at other units in the building and this was by far the most memorable!! 10/10

Victoria downtown luxury condo
Great unit in a new, clean, secure building. All amenities you would expect, great kitchen. Amazing sunset location! Not a pure ocean view, but nice to look at the beautiful Fairmont Empress. However not a fan of the more popular VRBO extra step to obtain keys from yet another location, and another fee$.
