As of November 2025, there is a house being constructed at the adjacent property. We do not have the project details or timeline, and current rates are reflective of this information.

This luxury home offers seven bedrooms, including five suites, a private pool, Turtle Point Golf Course, and lagoon views, plus it is just 1 minute to the beach!

Built in 2020, the home showcases luxurious finishes and furnishings and boasts plenty of space for the whole family. Walk through the front and immediately notice the gorgeous golf and lagoon view from the wall of windows directly in front of you. Enjoy a meal as a family at the large dining table that can seat up to 14. This area also has direct access to the screened porch. The dining room flows into the living area and kitchen, offering guests a highly desired open concept. The living area features plenty of natural light, 2 sofas, 2 chairs, a large flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen offers a large center island with 4 barstools, stainless steel appliances, double oven, gas range and hood, and a eat-in table with bench and 4 chairs. You will also find a large pantry with second refrigerator, laundry room, half bathroom and office/study space on the first floor.

Step outside on the back deck and enjoy what Kiawah is so well know for- golf and nature! It is simply beautiful. Take a dip in the private pool, sunbathe on the lounge chairs, cook dinner on the gas grill, or enjoy a meal at the large table that seats 10 or the small table that seats 3. There is also a screened porch with comfortable furnishings and a large flat-screen TV.

The first floor primary suite is sure to impress with its king sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom with double vanities, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Ascend the stairs or take the elevator to the second floor where you will find a den with sofa, four chairs, and TV. This would make a great place for kids or teens to have their own space. You will also find a second laundry room and the remaining bedrooms on this level. Four bedrooms feature king sized beds and private bathrooms while two bedrooms feature one built-in full-over-full bunk bed along with another full bed and reading area. There is a hallway bathroom available for the bunk rooms.

This home is located across the street from Kiawah's beautiful beach. Guests are welcome to rinse off in the outdoor shower located by the garage doors. Guests can also enjoy the three-car garage and elevator.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 11'W x 22' L. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
