Driftwood Cottage - This luxurious, freestanding home is one of only eight units in the charming Eastside Cottages community, making it the perfect destination for your next vacation. Enjoy the privacy of uncrowded elevators, parking garages, and pools. The community is just one block from the beach, with deeded beach access and a designated crosswalk.



PET FRIENDLY: Two dogs (30 lbs or less) are welcome. A $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog applies.



The outdoor saltwater pool is heated and cooled, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round.



Property Features:



• The balcony is accessible from the living room.



• Vinyl flooring runs throughout the cottage.



• The living room has a sofa sleeper and a recliner. The balcony features two outdoor reclining chairs - perfect for sunbathing or evening relaxation.



• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. An electric grill is also available. The dining table seats four, with a pull-up bench for two additional guests, and four bar stools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs.



• Primary bedroom: King-size bed, private balcony access



• Second bedroom: Queen-size bed, balcony access



• Two sets of twin bunk beds built into the alcove - one on the main level and one upstairs - perfect for children. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• A maximum of three vehicles allowed. No boats, watercraft, campers, or trailers permitted.



• Security camera located on the lower balcony under the eave.

Driftwood Cottage was the perfect mix of size, location and amenity we needed during our stay thru most of Feb. Comfortable for our dogs and family visitors; location on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach was a big plus for us. Hope to be back next year.

We absolutely love this place!!!! 2nd time staying here & we will definitely stay again! It is such a beautiful place & so convenient to many restaurants and of course the beach. The heated saltwater pool is an amazing bonus!!! Also, our pup (Sailor) loves it here too!!!

What a great place for family!

This home was absolutely amazing! Just like the listing, house was beautiful/clean/nice pool. The management team messaged beach updates daily, which was so convenient. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and the hangout! Definitely family friendly, we actually made friends with the neighbor renters and our kids were able to play in the pool together each day. Safe location and just so peaceful. It was the perfect getaway! 10/10 recommend if you have small children & pets.

We had the best vacation & stay here. Check in and check out was so easy & contactless. Very very clean and very nice property. The house was apparently updated or new construction . Was in a very quiet relaxing, enjoyed it very much. Kids loved the swimming pool and had it all to ourselves. Kids also loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms . We honestly loved our stay so much we would definitely stay here again. Easy, short walk to beach access. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Nice newer house close to the beach

Nice place just as advertised. Place qas clean except for some dead cockraoches. It is just a short walk the the beach and not far from restaurants. It is unfortunate they don't provide an extra trash bag, dishwasher soap or toilet paper. Dishwasher didn't wash the dishes which makes me wonder if the dishes we used were really clean. Overall it was a nice place withcomfy beds and space to relax.

Perfect Little Cottage

A+++ Super cute and comfy!

We had a wonderful time at Driftwood Cottage! Very clean and spacious. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Plus we were surrounded by good food places! One suggestion, if you have small kids, bring baby gates. There are a lot of steep stairs so we had to run to Walmart and buy a couple gates.

Gulf Shores family beach trip

Great house, spacious and clean. Pool was small but super clean and refreshing before and after beach with the heat. Check in and check out we’re easy. Beach and restaurants were a short two block walk every direction. Only suggestions would be to provide more trash bags in bottom of each can and possibly a couple of extra bath towels. Kitchen was great with nice appliances as well as the washer/dryer were amazing. Kitchen could use some more wooden cooking utensils instead of plastic. Icemaker on fridge was awesome and AC was super cold in house. We did beach 2 days with kiddos and then rented a boat and went out on one of the days. The Hangout and Oyster House were amazing restaurants with a variety plus great seafood!

Perfect location to be close to the beach but still easy access to everything!! The house was perfect! Covered parking was a plus! The neighbors were all friendly and the pool was clean! It had all of the amenities we needed. The beach was close, just a few blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent Vacation Rental!

Really awesome property. Kids loved the double sets of bunk beds. Everything was in excellent condition, very clean and easy to figure out. Loved the setup of the 8 units around the pool - a bit warmer of a pool would have been nice but it didn't stop the kids from enjoying it. Easy walk down the street to the beach, the market (which really has everything you'd need - food and supplies, beach items, souvenirs). Sea 'n Suds on the beach has some great food too! If we are in the area again, will definitely look into staying here.

Perfect house in a perfect community

We spent the weekend here and loved it. The house was nice. The pool was great. We did a shrimp boil and had everything we need besides the spices and food. The beach was about 5 blocks from the house. It was a little long but definitely manageable. Would def stay again.

Family Fun

Our family (my husband and I, my parents, and our son) had a great time! The location was close to the beach and plenty of great food options. We loved the pool area- it was never crowded. The living room/dining/kitchen was bright and spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean with good storage. We’d definitely stay here again!
