Jaa was so accomodating!! Our initial trip dates were moved due to the snowy storm, so it was a blessing to only have to pay a small transfer fee. The home was as described, communication was prompt, and the location is PERFECT for all things third ward!! Thank you!

This property meets our every need, and it’s our first go to when we plan to stay in Houston. The host is warm and welcoming, the house is comfy and feels like a home away from home!

Thank you Tanisha. We are grateful that we are received in such a way and you love the place. Looking forward to you next time!
We loved this house and the accommodations! It was close to all the places we planned to visit and the property manager was an excellent host. We will be back!!
This place is beautifully decorated, very clean and the owner is very accommodating. He gave us suggestions for dining and entertainment and even offered his party bus to use for our outings. I’m definitely going to check with him before I book any other air b&b in Houston…periodt!

It was a pleasure to host you ladies. Please come again!
The property was ideal for our stay, and photos represented reality. Comfortable floor plan to accommodate privacy for all 3 bedrooms. Close to MD Anderson and nice HEB grocery. The host responded to a neighborhood power outage (clearly out of his control) and kept me informed of his communication with the electric company until resolved.
The property is beautifully renovated. It fit us all comfortably and was close to MD Anderson. There was some host miscommunication with extended stay, as we had discussed in previous exchanges. He was traveling and apologized for not being diligent with his inquiries. We had to ask for check-in information upon arrival. Overall, a nice place we were just frustrated with having to move the hospital patient after she was released after we were told it would be no issue.

Kim you guys were awesome. And yes i did say I would let you know when another booking would inquire so you had the option to extend. And yes i left the country and someone slipped there booking in without me knowing. I did apologize as I try my best to do all I can for great guests as yourself.
However, with vrbo we can never guarantee dates to extend. We can only let you know when someone is trying to book and give you the option to extend first at that time.
Ja provided a clean, convenient location for our return to Houston to visit with our family. There were 3 nicely decorated rooms that were very comfortable with nice soft bedding. The towels were nice and soft.
The location was close to many places which was convenient. It is a little noisier at night simply because there were a few bars nearby.
The only downside was that the washer/dryer was not operational. I felt like this was not new since coin laundry was also listed on the amenities. One other thing is the driveway. My car sits low (Hyundai Sonata) and the driveway was steep and cracked. My car's undercarriage scraped the drive way almost every time. One other thing I did not recall being on the property description was that the owner occupied the second floor. Not a big deal. Just would have been nice to know. There were separate entrances. However, I could hear footsteps, and on my last night, unfortunately, I did hear a loud argument upstairs.
These few things did not make my stay a bad one. As I said, overall my experience was good. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there kitchen was stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and basic pantry items.

Thanks for your stay Angeleen. Just to add clarity and assurance, the washer/dryer was noticed broken the day before your check-in. That day I added the coin laundry option to let new guests know there is an option. However, we credit those guest for any money spent there until our washer and dryer was repaired. In the future, I will try to be more descriptive in our listing.
And I apologize for raising my voice with my son in the stairwell. I guess he pushed me to the limit at that moment. That was truly something I am sorry for.
Thanks again for your stay. You guys were great!
The location of the house was wonderful, not far from downtown at all. Jaa was very quick to get back to me when I had questions, provided towels, and made sure the house was very clean. We had a lovely time at Jaa's VRBO!
This property is incredibly well designed and maintained. It was incredibly clean, and walking in you felt like you had stepped into a scene from HGTV. The property manager was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had a lat minute trip to Houston planned and he was able to confirm us within hours. I really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future.
