Wirklich tolle Lage. Leider ist das Haus aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Renovierung mehr als überfällig. Bad und Toilette sind überfällig und lassen sich auch kaum noch reinigen. Die Elektrik ist marode und daher bleibt es im HWR und draußen dunkel. Besteck und Geschirr sind alt und unansehnlich- Schade um das eigentlich schöne Objekt. Die Anlage mit Pool und Tennisplatz sowie der Blick aufs Meer sind toll. Dieses Haus würde ich aber erst nach Renovierung wieder in Erwägung ziehen

Location à fuir !!! Etat de propreté tout simplement inadmissible. Odeur insoutenable ds la cuisine et la chambre. Couettes, matelas, oreillers tachés, sales et qui sentent mauvais. Au delà de la vétusté des meubles et de certaines photos des lieux qui doivent datées de plusieurs années, le prix de cette location est totalement prohibitif ! Nous avons du mal à comprendre comment Abritel peut promouvoir et cautionner ce type de prestation !? Après plusieurs messages, aucune réponse du propriétaire ni du service client d'Abritel. Ne serai plus client de cette plate-forme

Heerlijk terras!

We hebben een heel fijne week gehad, met zonnig weer, een heerlijk terras met uitzicht op zee en fraaie stranden en baaitjes in de buurt. Het huis ligt mooi maar de inrichting is nogal gedateerd. Dat was voor ons geen belemmering om te genieten.

relaxing holidays

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen - es war liebevoll eingerichtet und toll gelegen. Der Meerblick war tatsächlich atemberaubend. Allerdings war es nicht sooo sauber geputzt und nicht für 6 Leute vorbereitet. Es wäre vielleicht hilfreich, wenn vorher klar wäre, dass für Bettwäsche und Endreinigung insgesamt noch 100 Euro in bar vor Ort bezahlt werden müssen und der Swimming Pool erst ab Mitte Juni benutzt werden kann. Wir fanden es aber insgesamt erholsam und schön!

Traumhaft schöne Bretagne

Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, nur fünf Minuten von einem der vielen Strände entfernt, und 3 Minuten vom Küstenwanderweg mit wilden zerklüfteten Felsen, unterbrochen von kleinen intimen Buchten mit Sandstrand machen den Aufenthalt zu einem abenteuerlichen Erlebnis.

Bonne semaine a Pornic

Avons passe une excellente semaine a Pornic. La maison est tres bien situee, proche de la plage. Elle est tres confortable et possede tout l'electromenager necessaire. Seul point noir, aucune reception telephonique dans la maison (ni le jardin) pour notre operateur (free). C'est ce qui m'a empeche de mettre 5 etoile. Le proprietaire n'y est pour rien, mais il devrait le preciser dans l'annonce.

Charmantes Ferienhaus.

Ein großzügig bemessenes, charmantes Ferienhaus in toller Lage mit Sichtweise zum Meer. Gut geeignet für einen Urlaub mit der Familie. Zwei Klapp-Räder, Tennis-Ausrüstung Boulekugeln uvm waren vor Ort und durften mit benutzt werden. Die Sauberkeit liess jedoch leider zu wünschen übrig, es roch auch extrem muffig. Eigene Bettwäsche, Decken und Kissen und Textilspray unbedingt erforderlich.

Check in, Sauberkeit und Umgebung haben uns leider nicht ganz überzeugt

Laut Vermieter hätten wir um 16 Uhr einchecken können. Jedoch war diejenige, die dafür zuständig ist erst um 18 Uhr vor Ort. Sie war freundlich und die Übergabe ging schnell. Die Matratzen, Kissen, Decken hatten Flecken. In der Küche waren die Schränke klebrig. Staub auf den Schränken und der ganzen Dekoration im Haus. Generell eher ein veralteter Standard. Der Strand ist leider kein Sandstrand, sondern felsig, sodass wir nicht surfen gehen konnten, das wäre zu gefährlich gewesen. Der Pool ist sehr kalt. Sonst ist das Quartier als Ferienanlage vermutlich in Ordnung. Wir haben uns kaum dort aufgehalten und so viele Ausflüge wie möglich gemacht. Sind dann letztendlich früher abgereist.

Maison avec vue imprenable

C'est la 2ème fois que nous louons cette maison...et certainement pas la dernière. Elle est très bien conçue et sa vue sur l'océan fait le reste.

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage mit schönen Sandbuchten zum Baden. Check-in war leider nicht organisiert- hat glücklicherweise aber doch noch geklappt. Unangenehm strenger Geruch im Wohnzimmer evtl Tiergeruch. Sonst alles sehr schön und freundlich eingerichtet- schöne Terasse mit Meerblick

Beautiful Pornic

The property is lovely, two double bedrooms with a pullout sofa in the sitting room. Very clean, very comfortable and location is excellent. Two minute walk to the coastal path, about 30 mins walk along that path into Pornic. Highly recommend this, will definitely stay again.

Wohnung nah am Strand und Pool

Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse, welche nah zum Strand und zum Pool ist. Auch der Tennisplatz konnte gut genutzt werden. Die Wohnung war leider nicht ganz sauber, z.B. das Geschirr noch teilweise dreckig (was auch an der schlechten Spülmaschine liegen könnte). Die Wohnung ist schon ziemlich abgenutzt und die Schränke sollten mal erneuert werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schon etwas entfernt.

Petite maison très agréable, bien située

Séjour agréable dans cette maison située dans une résidence à moins de 5 min de la plage, avec un environnement très calme. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du tennis de la résidence également.

Parfait, encore une fois

2eme séjour dans cette belle petite maison, proximité immédiate plage, piscine, tennis. Terrasse avec vue mer, barbecue. Maison très bien équipée, calme. Echanges sympathiques et efficaces avec Agnès qui supervise les procédures entrée et sortie. On reviendra!

Superbe séjour

La maison est génial! Bien placé avec la mer à 100m, piscine et terrain de tennis. Sentier des douanier à proximité avec une crêperie sympa à 15 minutes. Pornic juste à côté. La maison est joliment décorée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de belles vacance. J’espère que l’on pourra y revenir.

maison agréable avec vue sur la mer qui se trouve à maximum 100mètres un terrain de tennis accessible avec badge pour la piscine commune aux résidence je ne peux pas en donner vu pas ouverte en cette période. La personne qui vient pour nous ouvrir et très agréable et disponible maison à recommander pour une famille et pour le calme de la résidence et la vue
