We rent per season Furnished House in the spectacular Barrinha da Ferrugem / Garopaba, 350m from the sea. Quiet location, quiet in a family atmosphere. House with living room and kitchen, basic equipment, 441l refrigerator and stove 04 new burners, utensils for 06 people, washing machine, microwave, blender etc. barbecue and skewers. On the lower floor are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom all with table fans, two bathrooms and, on the upper floor, large and airy area (attic) with a double bed and table fan. Fenced yard and uncovered parking area. Ideal beach for surfing, nature trails and nature walks.
Barra Beach is LOCATED next to Ferrugem Beach in Garopaba about 400km from Porto Alegre and 80km from Florianópolis.

*** MINIMUM BOOKING 5-10 days CONSULT WITH OWNER.
*** High Season New Year's Eve and Carnival Packages of 7-10 days different values.
