Happy holidays

Small negative a little tired in places but the positives very well cleaned comfortable beds , lovely pool area hosts were excellent responded straight away to any concerns we had location is excellent and would love to stay again.

horror huis

Volgens ons is er in de laatste jaren niet schoon gemaakt, de zwarte schimmel zat overal in de douches, toiletten en keuken. Het huis was zeer vochtig en erg smerig, het bestek en verdere inventaris was ook smerig. in de keuken waren alle randen vuil en beschimmelt in de naden en randen van het raam en kookplaat lag allemaal beschimmeld vet, tevens was de koelkast niet om aan te pakken en de naden randen en vriesvak vol met vet en beschimmeld vuil. De buren vertelden ons al dat de "2 heren" die het verzorgen, niets aan de woning deden en dat het een smerig huis was. De eerste dag hebben we gelijk gemaild maar zij konden niet komen, later ook niet, hierna geen reactie meer gehad. zelf hebben we nieuwe lakens, bestek en kop en schotels gekocht, tevens vaatdoekjes, toiletpapier en keukenrollen en vuilniszakken. niet voor herhaling vatbaar!!! wij hopen dat andere hier niet intrappen mooie plaatjes op de site, maar jaren verwaarloost en vervuild!

Sidney, je moet in een ander pand hebben verbleven. NOOIT hebben we opmerkingen zoals die van u gehad. Het pand is precies zoals op de foto's! U heeft per e-mail gevraagd naar het wifi-wachtwoord en heeft één opmerking gemaakt. U werd beantwoord met het wachtwoord omdat u geen brieven kon lezen en u werd gevraagd wat u bedoelde met uw opmerking en we hebben nooit meer iets van u gehoord. Uw problemen waren duidelijk niet belangrijk genoeg om ons te informeren, dus elk probleem had kunnen worden opgelost. Evenals bij het controleren van het pand nadat u vertrokken was, liet u het achter alsof er varkens woonden. Het spijt me alleen dat ik een mooie recensie voor u heb achtergelaten, omdat we proberen aardig te zijn voor gasten. Misschien moet u tijdens uw volgende vakantie een compleet luxe hotel huren, want privé-accommodatie is niets voor u! Neem alsjeblieft nooit meer contact met ons op!
