The space
_Queen en-suite: Extra-firm Mattress Set, attached bathroom, coffee maker. Welcome to relaxation.
_King Master room - king sized comfort with coffee & wine bar. Lounge back in the corner nook and catch up on a good book.
_Queen Dream room - relaxingly soft mattress to achieve dreamy rest & awake refreshened.
_4th bedroom: new Soft Queen Bed & Double Bunk bed set.
_Living Room includes a full size sofa sleeper, single couch, a couple of rocking chairs and space to move around comfortably.
_Kitchen has a new refrigerator & microwave. Also, includes a dishwasher, cooktop and oven. Pots, Pans, Blender, Mixer, Toaster, Waffle maker, Coffeemaker (coffee and tea and supplies).
_Dining Room - open to kitchen with table for six and leaf for additional seating.
_Laundry Room - washer and dryer (detergent and dryer sheets), ironing board and iron (starch). _Garage&small inset room for separate visiting and game playing. Dart board and lots of board games for teens or family play. _Outdoors to BBQ or just spend some enjoyable time star gazing; bird watching cardinals, blue jays, roadrunners (currently we have two that visit from time to time), bunnies, donkey in back (*Beauregard*). Neighboring chickens and roosters crow at their own set times...lol.

Please enjoy full interior of quiet home, garage and game room. Scenic home is situated on about 3/4 of acre....grills, patio areas, front and back yards in fenced area are available for your use. Privacy and security abound.

Other things to note
Conveniently located only 3 miles south of Fort Worth and 4 miles from Burleson. Many guests attend weddings which occur in surrounding Burleson venues and appreciate the close proximity and ability to host a family dinner at Château Beauregard. Repeat guests have attended nearby race track in Cresson and love the ability to easily park their cars and trailers at Château Beauregard. Our home fits many occasions for traveling and visiting families and friends. Business extended stay guests are welcome. We are located in Tarrant County by Chisholm Trail tollroad near Johnson County.
