We offer a great discount if you book 28 days or more.

3 Bedroom with 2 Bath. Perfect location on a private golf course par 3 tee box over water adjacent to the heated pool and jacuzzi. Steps away from the main clubhouse for dining, drinks and main pool. The condo is newly decorated and we are very mindful of thoroughly cleaning the entire condo after each guest. We are disinfecting the condo especially areas such as counters, remotes, handles, doors, bathrooms etc.

We do not allow pets
No smoking

We offer a discount for rentals over 28 days and you will not be charged the lodging tax. Please contact us.

For the month of APRIL will reduce the nightly rate (rates are high due to the festivals but we will rent for the entire month) to accommodate if you book the whole month.

Your private patio is in front of a par 3 hole on the challenge course. We are located across the street from the main clubhouse. Sit on the patio and enjoy the views of the beautiful golf course and panoramic mountains.

The Pool and the jacuzzi are only a few steps away from the front door. Directly adjacent to the condo.

The condo has 3 spacious bedrooms with a 2 king beds and a daybed that pulls out from underneath to make another king bed. 2 full bathrooms with showers and tub.

Smart TV’s with HBO and showtime. A beautiful fireplace in the main room to relax in front of. There are USB charging receptacles For your use. We have books, dvds, and games for kids as well. We use clean, comfortable linens, duvets and have plenty of clean and fluffy towels for your stay. A Full kitchen with everything you need to cook, make cocktails and enjoy. There is a BBQ on the back patio. The charming condo has a great fireplace with a large smart TV and comfortable couch to relax and enjoy, also with views of the golf course. The Vaulted ceilings and an open flow to the condo will relax you during your stay. We do not allow any pets.

It’s Very close for Coachella, Stagecoach, and the Indian Wells Garden Tennis tournament. Shops and restaurants are also nearby to enjoy. We have a list of great restaurants and golf courses to play during your stay.

Great Thanksgiving Week!

We love the location - right next to a heated pool and close to the clubhouse. Teebox is outside the back door, so we can watch the players try to drive the green!

This condo has everything you need for a great stay. Check in process very smooth. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need. Very comfy and cozy blankets, towels, etc. I would like to take off 1/2 star as carpet needs cleaning. Look forward to staying there again.

Desert Retreat

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. We’ve been coming to Palm Desert for many years and enjoyed staying in Palm Valley for the first time. We loved the location of this unit with both golf course and pool views. The pool area is well maintained and cleaned several times a week. We also appreciated the prompt response from James when we needed assistance. We are hoping to be back next year!

Beautiful Condo for a Golf Vacation

Perfect condo with nice decor, a fully stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, and spa quality towels/sheets/pillows. Condo was centrally located to all of the golf courses we played and had a pool/jacuzzi steps from the front door. We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves the entire week. Owners were responsive with excellent communication when we needed it. We will definitely stay here again!

Great home base in Palm Desert!

We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay again in the future The house was spacious, with nice areas for lounging (indoors or outdoors), and eating as a family. Kitchen was well stocked. The grounds are beautiful, and we greatly enjoyed the Club House pool and grill for our kids. Location is central to hit Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta which was nice for restaurant access. Communication was easy with the hosts.

Stayed one week in February 2025. Very happy with accommodations. Very well stocked kitchen and baths. Towels were plentiful and high quality. Great location and view (10th tee) plus the pool/hottub are right out the door. Grill was very clean.The absolute best part is the hosts. Really bent over backwards to make our trip smooth and comfortable. We had a very last minute cancellation with another VRBO owner and these guys responded immediately.

Quick getaway

We had a great three days for a quick Easter/spring break getaway. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. Barbecue helped serve four teenage boys. There are pools everywhere. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. TVs in every room made masters and sports watching easy. Very peaceful views from the front patio.

Our trip experienced a hiccup due to unforeseen construction in the area that was out of the owners control, but he was very swift with his reply and reasonable, kind, and generous with his response. The condo had everything we needed (kitchen utensils, beach towels, etc) and the proximity to the pool/hot tub was perfect. The complex itself is very well cared for and clean. We would absolutely return.

Fantastic property and amazing location!

This 3 bed/2 bath end unit is located n a great location within the Palm Valley Country Club. There is a sparkling clean pool and hot tub directly outside the front door. The kitchen has all the plates, glasses and accessories you will need and there is a great BBQ right outside for grilling. The location in the center of the valley is great for getting anywhere in a few minutes. Thanks very much for making it so simple to book and check in to the property!!! We would love to come back!

the perfect lil getaway!

can’t say more amazing things about this house. The location, the space, utilities and omg the beds!!!! so comfortable. i loved the mirrors everywhere (house full of girls) so very necessary for getting ready for the festival. the restaurant across the street was convenient and the pool (which was always empty!) is literally outside the front door. coffee on the patio was so lovely too overlooking the golf course and a small pond. i would love to come back and spend more time here! loved everything about it and very much look forward to our next visit!!

Disappointed with Cleanliness and Quality

The Location is perfect! However, there were several items in the condo that were not working up to a 5 star rating. The carpets throughout the condo are severely stained. The dryer in the Unit does not work unless you hit the control panel! The host said he would order a new one but I would have to wait for the delivery on MY vacation. The fridge is old and loud, does close properly and the ice machine does not work. The masterbath has a strong mildew order. It was so bad we had to buy an air freshener for our stay. When asked to send over a handyman to address some of the items that were not working he was less than helpful. The host should have better onsite people to manage the daily maintenance. When paying the amount of money we did, we not expect to have to fix or clean things. Dont be fooled by the pictures.
