Weekend stay

We were very comfortable and please with our stay in this centrally located condo. It was clean and included, everything we needed for our getaway. The host was very quick with returning answers to our various questions before we arrived. Everything from check in to check out was explained in great detail that we did not need to contact them during our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Exactly as described, super clean and close to everything.

Really enjoyed this unit. Owners very accommodating and great communication. The unit was super clean and smelled very nice upon arrival. Everything we needed was there, including beach chairs. You must bring your own beach/pool towels though. Very modern and decorated beautifully. Very happy with our stay. Ice cold air, strong water pressure, the only thing is when you get there snag one of those gray carts will say origin on it, not like a regular luggage cart, more like a utility cart. My daughter wasn't sure we were allowed to use it, but you are! There's about 4 available at any given time, but they're usually in use. Snagging one will make bringing your stuff up a lot easier.

It was a very clean and convenient stay. We had everything we needed and the place was very nicely kept. The balcony was great and we found the heated pool on the 4th floor. Middle of December and the pool was perfect! Host was on top of all our needs through our stay and very helpful. Love it! We will be returning.

Great place to stay.

We found the property to be clean and sufficient for our needs for a one week vacation. The property is nice and just a short walk across the street to the beach and several restaurants around to eat at. Great communication with the owners also.

Great location and great place

We have stayed at the Origin for 7 years now - every time we visit there, this is where we stay. The location is amazing for us and we love Sharky’s! Every condo that we rent is different and this condo was great! The communication was great- the condo has everything that we needed to include a welcome little snack and also “if you forget” toiletries in the bathroom. 5 stars for sure!!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was perfect for my self, my daughter and her friend. It’s a beautiful well laid out condo, and the location is awesome! We were able to walk to restaurants, stores and Gulf World! Yuliya was a fabulous host!

Wonderful place!

The host was awesome and was quick to answer any questions. The room was nice! Just a small note, there is no oven. Only an electric stove top and a microwave. The kitchen sink is very small like the size of a camper sink. So eating in can be a task if you are planning to do so. This is the perfect place for an older couple, or a couple with 1 small child.

Excellent rental!

Our stay at 629 from Monday-Friday was great. The room was clean and smelled great. Sometimes rentals smell musty, but this wasn’t the case. The beach view from the balcony was perfect. The fireplace was used due to some dreary and rainy days. The extra touches from snacks, extra blankets, and communication with the owner is what brings back repeat bookings. The owner reached out to us on Wednesday and asked if we wanted to stay an extra night at a discounted price. We had to get back home to handle some business, but definitely would have stayed another night if we could have. Do yourself a favor and book the rental. We will be back again!

Wonderful Stay!!!

I’ve stayed at multiple places at and around Panama City Beach, but absolutely nothing compares to this unit. It was incredibly clean, freshly renovated, and the communication with the owners was astounding. The unit was nice and cozy, with a wonderful kitchenette and nice decorations. I also LOVED that it had Netdlix and Disney+! It was a mere 10 minutes of walking away from Pier Park, and the amenities on-site were wonderful. In fact, we were able to watch the Titans v. Chiefs game from right inside the theater! And don’t even get me started on the observatory deck they had! We had a wonderful view of the sunrise and the sunset every day! The owners were there to answer every question I had about my vacation. All in all, if I could give this a 6/5, I would! We had a wonderful vacation and we'll definitely be back!

Good location, cleanliness, perfect for a short getaway for a couple

Property manager was very easy to get in touch with! The size of this was perfect for me and my boyfriend, just enough space to make some sandwiches and fix coffee. There was no ice in freezer, but we had to buy bags of ice for cooler so no big deal. The bathroom had everything we needed. The TV was roku and luckily we had a login to set it up to watch streaming apps. On the porch there were three chairs! In the closet there was a beach umbrella, box fan, cleaning supplies and a suitcase stand. Everything was perfect since we weren’t in the room much! We didn’t even use any amenities because we were either on the beach or gone to eat! But we had a wonderful time on our vacation!

Unit is great but…

Overall we had a great stay. Our problems did not come from the unit- but we will not be back because of one of the “Origins” very disrespectful lady security guards. I don’t know if she targeted us, but she pretty much ruined our vacation experience. All the other security and staff were great and very friendly! The unit was very nice. Great location. But it’s listed as “kid friendly” and this particular lady security guard did not like kids in the pool area. She was disrespectful and rude to me on several different occasions and I did not appreciate being treated that way. My kids are kids- but respectful of others around them. I make sure I watch them. My mom went with us and we weren’t rowdy, loud, or out of line, or bothering anyone. Just laying out by the pool trying to enjoy our time and relax. There are a lot of “rules” and “fines” at Origins- so be sure to read those very carefully before you book. The lady security guard even made up her own “rules” and “fines.” I’ve never had an experience like that while on vacation.

Great View

Wonderful host. Wonderful view. No complaints. My 5 & 8 year old loved the view from our room and loved the pool area. No kiddie pool available but if your little ones has puddle jumpers/life jacket (or can swim), they'll be good! Will definitely book with Yuliya again!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay here. Our unit was clean and perfect! There wasn’t a single thing about the unit or our stay that we were displeased with. We even enjoyed staying in and having dinner in our unit more than going out to eat. I should also mention that it had a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony for our morning coffee. Location was great, and the beach was just a short walk across the street. I also have to mention how wonderful the staff is at this property. Yuliya was so kind and friendly through our conversation from checking in to out. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Cozy Place on the Beach

The place was well maintained and cozy. It's right off the beach and surrounded by great places to eat. Yuliya was a great host. If you're visiting PCB this is a good place to stay.

Wouldn’t stay again

The property itself wasn’t terrible. On-site market with Starbucks and a small selection of breakfast and lunch which was nice. The pool area is a bit small and no coolers are allowed. The pool supervisor was on patrol about anything and everything. My daughter dipped her foot into the hot tub and he came trudging out and loudly in front of everyone was telling her not to do that again bc she didn’t appear to be 12 which was very embarrassing. The elevators are slow and there was over an hour wait just to take luggage up unless you want to drag suitcases up the stairs. The bed was very uncomfortable and the floors were dirty when we arrived. If you wear makeup make sure you take all of it off before bed or they will try and bill you for makeup being on a pillowcase. Also, staying for a week you get two black wash rags that you must wash anything with that may leave a mark so make sure you have no makeup residue anywhere on you or suntan lotion ANYTHING! A mile away from pier park so you really still have to drive if you have small kids but that was probably the only thing we liked and the proximity to sharkys on the beach for drinks or lunch at the beach. The first day we were there there was a loud buzzing noise all night long. At 4am with no sleep my husband got up to fix it bc obviously no one was going to come in the middle of the night. Though the owner was responsive about it the next day and offered to come by, the last thing I want is someone to come into my room while I’m not there with my valuables in it. Without my consent the owners husband came in which I was not happy about especially after telling her my husband fixed it yet he still went in just because. Unfortunately this is our last stay in this property.
