Stunning, completely remodeled and LEED certified three bedroom cottage is situated along the picturesque Kiawah River, within the gated community of Inlet Cove.

You'll enjoy sweeping views and perfect sunsets from our screened-in porch or professionally landscaped backyard and if you're lucky, you might be home when the pods of dolphins swim by on their way to Captain Sam's inlet where they strand feed. Fishing or crabbing are right off our back yard with no boat required. You can cast a line or drop a crab pot right from the boat dock. Then again just relax and take a swim in the community pool-- they're both only a few yards away from the front door.
Take a short walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time. There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand.

This cottage has a fully upgraded kitchen with large island and plenty of room for even a gourmet cook to enjoy! A cozy fireplace in the living room, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of architectural detail make this an inviting place for families, golfers, girls' weekends, or romantic getaways.

As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Public Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).

quiet place on the river

We had a lovely stay here and enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the porch, birdwatching, biking to the beach and kayaking from the dock. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

Great river view with regular sitings of Dolphins. Minutes walk to the beach and great for kayak and paddleboarding. Also, excellent sunsets over the river.

Nice getaway at on the Kiawah River

The owners certainly did an excellent job renovating the property. Bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, and the living room and outdoor living space were wonderful. We were disappointed the gas fireplace wasn’t operational given it was listed on the amenity list and it is winter. We were told the fireplace was not functional and needed repairs. Having a fireplace in the winter was one of the reasons we booked the property. Also, the kitchen had sparse cookware, uncharacteristic of the high-end appliances they outfit with the kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed our time.

My husband's family has been coming to Kiawah since he was a little kid. He has shared the joy with the rest of our family and we fell absolutely in love with the island and this location.

Why they chose this property

The house is in our perfect location - water views and direct walk-out access to the Kiawah River with glorious sunsets. It also has easy access to the community pool. Its the perfect getaway for our busy family. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

The home is situated directly next to the Kiawah River dock and has a direct line of sight out the front door to the community pool. The home has been completely remodeled and updated throughout. The screened porch is a great place to drink your morning coffee or partake in a cocktail.
