Beautiful setting overlooking the Kiawah River

Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home. Lovely view of the river and sunsets from the screened porch. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at several different homes in this kiawah neighborhood and this was the best located. The views are incredible and the ability to fish from the property is rare. We would stay here again. Having said that, there were some notable frustrations. The primary being the lack of a grill. The management team was quick to point out that there is no grill listed on the description. Fair enough. We have rented over 30 vacation homes and this is the first time we have ever had one without a grill. You want to grill some steaks or burgers for your family of 6? Better get out the 13 inch frying pan. Then you find the frying pan is past its useful life and bits of teflon are in your food. The management company offered to bring a new pan but never did. The home is great. The management could be improved a bit. I admit that the lack of a grill still has me so bothered that my judgement is clouded.

Wonderful stay!

We come to Kiawah a couple of times a year and this is our first time staying at this property. We loved it! We actually had to stay at 2 different properties this trip because this one only does Sat-Sat. That was a little disappointing. But we were able to compare management companies and were much more pleased with Sawgrass than the other company we had at the tail end of our trip. We are definitely planning on staying at this property again in the future!

5 Inlet Cove

We love the Inlet Cove area with the river, community pool, deck and dock. The sun setting over the river and marsh is magical. The proximity to the beach is great - very easily accessible via a 4 minute bike ride. Freshfields is also an easy 15 minute bike ride from Inlet Cove. 5 Inlet Cove is very well maintained and clean. It is well decorated/updated, but not too fancy. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. Sweetgrass was fantastic to work with - great communication and easy access. 5 stars!
