My home is a sunny, 2-bedroom townhouse with air-conditioned bedrooms, an ensuite master bathroom, washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TV. The master suite has a standing shower and soaking tub. The community has a shared pool with onsite deck chairs and clubhouse, and the home is close to tourist attractions, beaches, and supermarkets.
It is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a nearby gas station, minimart, and fast food restaurant. The community is gated and neighbors are kind.
Getting around
It's best to rent a car, as public transportation in this area is a little challenging.
The neighborhood supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. You can also find a gas station, pharmacy, hardware store and fast-food restaurant there.
The neighborhood is also a 6-minute drive to the major highway and a 10-12 minute drive away from 2 major shopping centers in the bustling Warrens area.
Nearby tourist attractions include:
Gun Hill Signal Station - 8 mins

Why they chose this property
Most of my guests love how quiet my community is, and they love the breezes that come through the house in the evenings. (though this might not always happen in the dead of summer)
Located in the center of the island, St. George, where my home is located, is close to everywhere. Most beaches are within a 15-20 minute drive, as are nightclubs, restaurants, and shopping. The longest driving distance to any major tourist attraction is around 35 minutes give or take traffic and that is mostly for attractions farthest north of the island.
My home also has the convenience of a gas station, pharmacy, fast food restaurant, and mini-mart less than a 2-minute drive away.
