Beautiful, entire townhome located on a "greenway" with a view of the Rocky Mountains from the master bedroom window. The area is quiet and peaceful while only minutes from downtown Loveland. Cleaning procedures include disinfecting surfaces in addition to our 72-point cleaning and re-stocking process.
It has two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a beautiful kitchen, living room, dining room in its two floors. A covered patio with string lights, chairs, and retractable sunshade is an ideal place to relax. Unit also provides access to a seasonal shared outdoor pool, seasonal shared hot tub, and workout area located nearby. Access to these amenities requires the use of a key fob, which is provided in the rental. These amenities are managed by the HOA, and may or may not be down for service.
The parking area, shown in pictures, is a short walk from the front door. If you park in front of the "315" building (see pictures) then you will take the sidewalk to the left of the building and follow it to the back corner townhome.
You may notice in our reviews that a basement tenant is mentioned- there is no longer anyone renting there!
