Welcome to Village Peak at Westermere, hosted by InvitedHome. Enjoy the steam shower and jetted tub, the balcony that overlooks the village, and the warm living spaces perfect for up to seven guests. The living area features a large mounted TV and lodge-style gas fireplace surrounded by brand-new furniture.
The open-concept design includes the dining area with a table set for six guests, which leads to the fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoy prepping and cooking on the two-tiered counter, complete with a 4-burner gas stove. From the living area, step out onto the balcony to look out over the village core.
The main bedroom boasts a king bed and a private ensuite complete with a steam shower and jetted tub. In the guest bedroom, which has its own bathroom just across the hallway, where two queen beds reside.
Village Peak at Westermere is the ultimate basecamp for exploring everything Mountain Village has to offer. The home comes with its own private ski locker in the building, and is just steps from all the bars, restaurants, and shops of the village, as well as the gondola into the historic town of Telluride.

WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 6 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 1. Oversized or high-profile vehicles could potentially not fit in designated spaces, please contact us for more details if needed. - This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable. - During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. - Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption. Please call us for the latest updates—conditions vary day to day. To offset any inconvenience, we’ve reduced rates for this home. - This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. 24 hour notice will be given, if possible.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

Located on quiet corner in Mountain Village with easy access to gondolas and lifts! We really enjoyed our stay and lucked out to time our arrival to fresh powder. Parking in the garage under the building was super convenient and ski locker was appreciated. Comfortable beds and conveniences. Excellent rental experience!

Everything really great, location excellent, everything very clean and easy to use.
The only thing I would change are the beds, the king size is very very soft and the other 2 are very very hard, a part from that everything really good!
It was perfect for our family and dog. Was incredibly well stocked for a rental condo. Great location in the village. Great parking even for our monster of a car (just had to take off bubble). Communications with property manager was A++. Would definitely return!

This condo is right in Mountain Village near the Peaks. You will not need a car while you are there. The unit is well stocked and has everything you need to cook. I have one suggestion, the mattress in the master really needs to be replaced.

We have stayed here before and will stay here again! The location was so convenient to everything. Spacious enough for the 4 of us. Well equipped Kitchen. We were able to check in earlier which was very appreciated! Very comfortable beds. :-)
The overhead lights in the kitchen needs to be fixed. Also, the toilet off the kitchen seems to have a problem!

The condo is just as it appears in the photos. The condo was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy, showers were strong and hot. The decor was very nice, warm and welcoming. The location was just outside the core of the village. It was a 4-5 minute walk to the main lifts in ski boots. The balcony had a nice side view of the mountains. Our parking spot fit a mid-sized SUV with no problem. The only thing missing is a hot tub but we knew that this when we rented the condo. It was a great stay for sure!

This was a great property and it was extremely clean which was especially appreciated during this summer with COVID. The kitchen has lots of utensils, pots, pans and they were all in great condition which again was helpful since we found ourselves using the kitchen a lot more than usual due to the pandemic. The property came across as newly updated and we enjoyed our stay very much. Lastly, I feel the property owners really looked after the details which made for a pleasant stay...for example there was plenty of soap, laundry detergent, an extra tank for the grill, etc. We hope to be back again soon. Our stay at Westermere was wonderful. The condo logistics were great including building parking, ski locker, and elevator access. The unit was also nicely appointed with kitchen supplies, linens, bath and laundry soaps, and furnishings. A few items for improvement are:(1) Provide a solid shade for the master bath window. The current one is see-through from the outside, public space. (2) The lights in the kitchen need a better dimmer switch. They flicker like strobe lights when turned on.(3) The internet was spotty and clearly owners are paying for a reduced bandwidth. We only had speeds of 10 megabytes per second, making emails and virtual meetings difficult. Address these few items and we would love to return. We had a wonderful time.

Loved this comfortable, clean and well equipped 2 bedroom. Great location near everything in Mountain Village. Would easily stay here again!
This condo's location was great! It was right on the outside edge of the inner Mountain Village, a short walk to restaurants in the village, gondola, ski school and lifts. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. The ski locker was very convenient and we loved having it. I would just warn anyone with a large SUV that the parking garage is TIGHT. We have a full size SUV and we had to back it through the entire garage to back into the parking spot or else we would have never been able to pull out with someone parking next to us. The parking spot assigned to the unit is super convenient at the back next to the stairs and elevator but it is also probably the hardest spot to get in and out of with a large car. The only recommendation I would have is for the management company to post the wifi password, ski locker number and check out procedures somewhere readily available, I had to contact the management company for all of them.
We had a great stay in this Mountain Village condo, which is ideally located steps from the main plaza with main lift, gondola, ski school, day care, etc. - everything we needed in this Covid season when it was crucial to be able to go back and forth easily for meals, kids pick up etc. The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and well equipped, with everything you need to cook daily. It was well heated and a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. We were a family of 6 with four children aged 2 to 12 and we made it work, but it would be better suited to a family with 2-3 children, as it is not a very large unit. Overall we had a great time and the apartment offered the convenience we were looking for.
We loved staying at this property. The condo was so clean and well furnished. It is super conveniently located with easy access to the gondola, trails, and restaurants. We want to go back already!
We very much enjoyed the property, it was clean, recently remodeled and offered us the location and amenities that we wanted. Only wish is that check-in prior to 4:00 pm was included. We would like to have checked in at 2 at no additional cost.
