Adorable 2/2 site built home in Orange Blossom Gardens. Peaceful neighborhood with great neighbors. In a perfection location with access to two pools within walking distance, archery, dog park, running trail, basketball court, country club, recreation center for table tennis, and a short golf cart ride to Spanish Springs Town Square or the lap pool for swimming or aqua classes. The villages Hospital and other medical offices are close by. Several grocery stores and numerous restaurants, and shopping centers are accessible by car in less than five minutes or 15 minutes by golf cart. The Orange Blossom Country Club offers 18 holes of Championship Golf. Your guest's pass includes Priority Pool Membership. There are also two executive courses nearby offering 18 holes.
The home is updated. The flooring is laminate throughout. Beds are extremely comfortable. The house is stocked with everything you could need. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The House is stocked with everything you could need. furnishing included washer/dryer, three smart TV's, walk-in shower with seat, kitchen is well stocked with extras for cooking and cleaning. A nice Florida room with large windows. Perfect for morning coffee or games. Spacious backyard with a large Marigold tree for shade and a nice carport with outside seating. Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay with lots of amenities very close. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. The home was very clean and had evrything you could possibly need. We even had a visitor twice while we were down there, a little frog found his way into the house. He was easily removed and caused no harm. When we had a tire problem with the golf cart the emergency service cart people handled it without any problems and the owner was very quick to respond. I would highly reccomend staying at this property.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

House was very clean, and homey! We loved our stay here! John was great to work with, answered our questions and was very helpful! Access in and out of the house was great with automatic lock! We loved the golf cart, barely drove our car!! Master suite is very large and beds and furniture very comfortable!! We are re booking for next year!

AS DESCRIBED;

Property was completely as described, Very clean, near Spanish Springs (where we ate often) the Town Square and lots of paths (where we road the golf cart) and lots of golf. Very beautiful area!

2023 villages vacation

House was large and spacious. Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Owner was always available and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable .Really enjoyed getting the newspaper every day
