Our home in The Villages has a number of advantages that you might not find in other
rentals. We have a lovely ranch style house on a corner lot. It has a large lanai with large shrubs that provide privacy. The house comes with a gas powered Yamaha Golf cart as well as golf clubs, pickleball paddles, swim floats, tennis rackets, etc.
. A description of our house is as follows,

0 I King and 1 Queen Pillow top Mattresses. Walk in Closet
0 Open Floor plan w Vaulted Ceilings, Light & Bright Kitchen

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We require your address on an official lease.The "Sample Lease" on VRBO is a reference. The official lease will be returned to for your approval.
We prefer reservations starting at the beginning or middle of the month. We accept reservations that straddle from one month to the next if required.
We don't rent our home more than 6 months in advance because of changing circumstances.

We play golf on one of the best Executive course(Amberwood), tennis, pickleball(10 courts at Mulberry Grove), walk on the walking path in Villages, play cards, and go to the town squares in the evenings where we listening to the live music and go dancing under the stars. We also enjoy the many wonderful restaurants in the area, some with an ethnic flare.
