Very friendly and helpful Host. Quaint and clean location with a much nicer then expected pull out couch. Great water pressure in shower which was a nice surprise for me.Definitely would recommend this location and the friendly hosts that own it.
This cute bungalow is well appointed and perfectly located for adventures in the area. It was clean and comfortable, and we could easily walk to the historic downtown and museum. Thanks to our hosts, too, for checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed!
I recommend Matt Cozy home in Lompoc, he was quick to answer and always addressed all my needs. My stay was very comfortable and the house was cozy and had everything I needed. Definitely recommended for anyone in the area!
This little cottage is very comfortable and well stocked. The patio area is fantastic, there's plenty of seating and they even have a great fire pit. We will definitely book this cottage again. The hosts Matt and Linda are incredible.
This was a reconnection with a highschool friend. l
Everything we needed we had. There were a few things like trash left in the can by the coffee table and coffee grounds left in the machine. Once we saw the trash cans we were able to take care of that

Lompoc vibes
The communication with the hosts were excellent. Matt and Linda were very sweet. The cleanliness was less than desirable. Smelly couch and bedding. Nice backyard for my dog though and despite the spider webs on the patio furniture I did enjoy hearing the birds/hummingbirds and the gorgeous weather.
This place is perfect for a family or two couples who are keen on visiting the surrounding area (wine country, Solveng, etc). It is simple and nothing fancy but well kept, clean and the hosts are very communicative and helpful. Check-in was a breeze (there is a keypad at the door), apartment was clean and comfortable and all the necessities are provided (there is enough for a simple breakfast for example with tea/coffee as well as granola bars and oatmeal). Kitchen is simple but has everything you need to prepare a simple meal.
The neighborhood is quiet and the property is located very close to the main E/W thoroughfare making it fairly easy to get to.
It was a bit cool to use the outside amenities but they have a grill and a fire pit. The yard is well maintained showing that the owners care.
Would recommend.
Cute cozy bungalow with everything you need! They even had granola bars, oatmeal, coffee , and tea available for use. Very good communication, and super easy check in and out. Overall a great experience!
