Summary:
Our large modern home is situated at the end of a quiet cull de sac backing onto the Kinloch nine hole golf course.
Equipped with modern appliances, heat pump, fire place, four bedrooms (master with ensuite), main bathroom (bath, shower and separate toilet), separate laundry, large open plan kitchen/dining/family rooms, and a separate lounge.
Enjoy all day sun with large decks, flat back lawn, and views over the 9 hole golf course.
An easy short walk will take you to the lake front, through the Kinloch domain complete with playground, tennis courts, and sports field (cricket pitch, soccer/rugby goal post). Exiting the domain will bring you to the boat marina, cafe/restaurant, local store and the lake front with a beach ideal for swimming and kayaking.
Multiple walking and biking tracks are in and around Kinloch, including the Great Lake Trails. Starting from Kinloch there is K2W to the east, K2K (Kawakawa) to the west with rock climbing, and the new Otaketake trail loop. You can also catch a water taxi from Kinloch marina to access the western section of the Great Lake Trail (Waihaha-Waihora).
All the attractions of the Taupo region are close by, with Taupo town centre only 15-20 minutes drive away.
Kinloch is the place to be if you enjoy mountain biking, walking, boating, fishing, golf, swimming, kayaking, tennis, parks/playgrounds or just relaxing.

The Neighborhood:
Kinloch is a great safe village, with lots of thing to do for all ages. Swimming in the lake, play grounds, tennis courts and or course the marina to launch your boat and two golf courses, all within the village. There are several bike tracks that leave from Kinloch and also boat access to the tracks across the lake.
There are also may lovely walks including the Whangamata Stream walk to view the historic Kinloch Station waterwheel.
