Summary:
Our house is situated on the edge of Lake Taupo, step down from the lounge over the access way into the water. Enjoy water-skiing, boating, trout fishing or the cycle tracks and great walks. Kinloch has two golf courses, a first class boat marina, tennis courts and childrens play area. The general store complete with takeaways is over the road from the lake front as is the Tipsy restaurant. Kinloch is a very safe place to enjoy all it has to offer.

The Space:
Our single level home has plenty of room. A large deck overlooks the Lake. We also have a private back yard with plenty of parking. Plenty of room for the boat.
Guest Access:
Easy access with load of off road parking. Room for the boat, jet ski and the car.
The Neighborhood:
Kinloch is a great safe village, with lots of thing to do for all ages. Swimming in the lake, play grounds, tennis courts and or course the marina to launch your boat and two golf courses, all within the village. There are several bike tracks that leave from Kinloch and also boat access to the tracks across the lake.
There are also may lovely walks including the Whangamata Stream walk to view the historic Kinloch Station waterwheel.

Walking will get you to most places.
