Experience Destin / Miramar Beach in a new way, try out a house near the beach with a private pool! Our vacation rental was designed for a comfortable stay with a boutique feel. We also have another property near by, Google VRBO 4495611 Soft Shores, it is a short walk to the Surf Hut. The 4 room designs are inspired by the wonderful area we live in and are all separate. Relax in the large private pool with heat as an option. We provide a free 6 seater golf cart year round. Home has secured wifi, 50"+ Smart tvs in every room, 75" in the living room and garage parking as well. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed designing the space for you! Destin, Commons, Silver Sands, Publix, Starbucks and Grand Boulevard are with in a few miles! Sandestin Golf, Big Kahunas, Harbor Walk Village and Crab Island all with in a 10 min drive as well! All along scenic rout there are scooter rentals, Pompano Joes, Crab Trap and Henderson State park. We are located in a perfect spot to get to anything you need. 30A, Seaside, Grayton, South Walton, Rosemary are all 20 mins away if you head due east on HWY 98.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance at time of booking. Travel insurance overrides the use of our policy.

Paradise Retreat is centrally located and has two gates, one on the north for access to HWY 98 and the south gate which is on the scenic road. The neighborhood also has sidewalks for evening walks down to the beach or to the Dollar store just outside the gate.

Driveway hold 4 regular size vehicles, 2 if large vehicles. The garage will hold one vehicle with the golf cart inside. Parking is prohibited on the street and the golf cart is never to be parked in the grass or blocking the sidewalk.

We have a white binder inside that has all your info for WiFi, beach access, garbage days, local eateries, check out list and maps. You are give two hard keys to the house so no keypad to worry about or remember the code.

We allows pets! A max of two dogs.

Pool heat is $425/week set at 85-90 degrees.

If you're a group of students, or your group is not all over 25, then you must inquire first for approval before booking. This does not apply to families.

Guest is responsible for canceling any reservation for any reason. Soft Shores Vacation rentals LLC will not issue a cancelation on their end for any reason, the guest will have to initiate that on their own. Again, under no circumstances will we initiate a cancelation or fulfill a request for us to cancel. Guest will cancel reservations 100% on their end if they wish to receive proper refund.

Beach restaurants, Captain Dave's Seafood, Kenny D's, and Pompano Joe's restaurants are within walking distance with many restaurants of all types just a short distance away.

For those who want to shop Southern Comfort is located close to Silver Sands Outlet Mall which is a vacation in its own right. Shoppers have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike, and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.

More great shopping can be found at Destin Commons outdoor mall. Enjoy such great stores as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, & Maui Nix Surf Shop to name a few. Stop for a bite to eat at Panera Bread, Chipotle, Red Brick Pizza, Zoe's Kitchen, or one of the other restaurants on site.

More than just shopping the Destin Commons Center Plaza offers a soft-play kids' playground and a 49-head pop fountain. Community activities and entertainment are held throughout the year at Destin Commons. Visit AMC Destin Commons to catch the latest releases.

Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resorts offers wonderful dining and specialty stores as well as great festivals & events that are held at the Market Shops Green or the Center Plaza within the Village.

Grand Boulevard offers stores such as Billabong, Brooks Brothers Country Club, J. Crew-at-the-beach, Sunglass Hut, & Tommy Bahama's Emporium as well as great dining at Tommy Bahama's, as well as great dining at Tommy Bahama’s, Flemings Prime Steak House, PF.
