Newly Built Luxury House
Feel right at home in our newly remodeled 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home located in the heart of sunny Reseda, California! It is centrally located to everywhere you want to be in Los Angeles, ! Minutes from CSUN and the Northridge Fashion Center, a short distance from Downtown LA, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Six Flags and Disneyland! After you are done sightseeing and shopping you can hit the beach in Malibu or Santa Monica to unwind & soak up some of that Southern California Sunshine!

Amazing property to enjoy with family and friends!
Main house has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen,
spacious living room & private patio area.
We are making improvements and upgrades regularly so some contents and
furniture in the photos may be upgraded or revised when you arrive. You may be the
first to use new furniture and items! Just a statement to our continued dedication and top of the line care. We continue to invest and improve our home to be the most comfortable, high end, and tranquil stay you will have in a private home.

This rental is for the entire main house which includes the backyard.
Does not include access to the guest house or beyond the privacy fence.
