After several years as a freelance designer and project manager and completing my master's in architecture, I am now an intern architect. I am fascinated with exploring urban places as well as secluded homestays immersed in nature. I am a PADI Divemaster, and I am likely travelling to coastal places or for design inspiration.

Why they chose this property

My place in the heart of the immensely popular Commercial Drive ("the Drive") neighbourhood of Vancouver. Only an 8 minute drive from the downtown core, 2 min walk to the multicultural restaurants and shops of the Drive. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

The space
My unit is in a refurbished apartment building originally from 1900's. It is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Please be aware there is a flight of stairs to go up to the unit. Because it is a wood building (common of Vancouver) noise can travel, please be mindful and keep quiet between 10 pm - 9 am.

What makes this property unique

The quick access to the Commercial Drive was really amazing. So many nearby bars, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is newly renovated with beautiful design touches. There are instructions to help you feel at home once you arrive.
The neighbourhood is quiet, stunning and perfect for walks.
