A delightful apartment, easy to live in, very conveniently located for trains, trams, cafes, MCG etc and very comfortable. The host was really helpful, info was timely and clear. An excellent place to stay.
Great location. Appreciated the tea/coffee provisions with the property in close proximity to a coles to pick up milk.
An easy walk to teams and trains and also AAMI stadium where we had an event to attend.
Comfy beds and quality linen and towels. We will be back again :)
My wife & I stayed here for over a month (whilst moving house) & the apartment is excellent, comfortable & cosy in a location that can't be beaten!
All the cool restaurants & bars are nearby & the MCG, AAMI Park & Rod Laver Arena are all a very short walk away.
The apartment was clean, modern & has all the amenities you could need for a short term or long term stay.
Charlotte (our host) was very friendly & easy to deal with throughout our stay.
This is a very comfortable apartment, beautifully kept and very convenient for the G, the CBD and main routes in and out of Melbourne. It's near great public transport links, good local cafes and restaurants, quiet neighbours. Communications with the owner were prompt, helpful and friendly. We will definitely return if we can.

Property was clean, tidy, well furnished and contained everything we required. We were very comfortable for the duration of our stay.

Cancellation not actioned. Property manager claimed not to know. App made things worse
I paid but did not stay. I arrived a month early in April. I booked the wrong month - May. Property manager was understanding about this.
But: Cancellation put through Stayz app but apparently not effective. Communication with property manager confusing as auto responses didn’t gel with person-to-person contact.
Lovely accomodation in a great area. Very easy to get into the city and back as the train and tram are in walking distance. Also easy access to coffee shops and restaurants. The tavern is a little loud at night but you only hear it if you going to bed early.
Quite small but very comfortable. The check in process was a little complicated... Well for me anyway. The London Tavern two doors down was very noisy until around 10 pm but we did stay over Grand Final weekend.
This is the second time we've stayed at the unit and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. It's a great location with easy access to the MCG, Swan Street, Bridge Road, lots of great restaurants and the Richmond train station. Don't forget to enjoy the vibe at the London Hotel.
The unit is close to both Swan Street, Bridge Road, the MCG, Tennis Centre and the Richmond train station. The London Hotel can be a little noisy some nights but it has ambiance and nice meals. It's coffee shop is a bonus for the first coffee in the morning.
Very nice, well appointed spacious apartment, walking distance to Swan st and all the cafes and shops. Only issue is that the pub 2 doors away is quite noisy until 11pm on Friday and Saturday night, but other than that a great location and we will definitely stay there again.
