About this property

Great Location Universal/Disney - New Beds!

Now offering 10% off of rent during stays at least one week long!

Fantastic vacation home. Central to the parks. Clean and comfortable. Large side yard in addition to the pool.

This is located right in the middle of the major parks. It's within about 15 mins from Disney, 28 mins to Universal, and 26 mins to Sea World. Not to mention about a dozen other parks.

Two Master bedrooms with attached bathrooms! Great place to stay.

Whole home to yourselves.

I have an excellent property manager who lives close. His name is David.

I recommend a rental car or Uber/Lyft. The rental cars are very reasonably priced in the area.

The pool heating is $25 per day to cover the costs (standard for the area). If you'd like it please let me or David know.

Small trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet.

Credit card hold or debit card deposit required for booking.

Amazing!!
Everything was amazing at this property! The only issue we had was the trash service. The dates didn’t match the actual days for trash/recycle pick up. The host was very responsive and we had a blast. Will definitely be going back!!

The 1st day we got in the house we was able to check early which was cool but when we got in we seen roaches we contacted the manger of the property and they came and sprayed but when they did that it seem to be more roaches contacted them again and didn’t get a answer or a message over all it was a disappointment

Great place beautiful spacious clean home. Had a little issue with toilets however called the person in charge and was taken care of right away.
