The entrance to this room is also independent since the house is on one level on two different floors. The room is on the lower floor and overlooks a lovely flat and pleasant garden, enjoying a view over the mountains of Pilat and the Velay. The bedroom is separated with movable walls (Japanese blinds) a games room, a living room (TV) area, a dining area optionally (dining table) and a brand in this office space about 60 m2!

Very quiet and very little vis-à-vis with the neighborhood.
2 very sunny terraces, play area for kids, wooden cabin, porch swing + slide, possibility to park the vehicle in the property (large parking) or in front of the selection, automatic lighting at night to mark your arrival in good conditions .
Warm and friendly. We love the contact with people and share a discussion with them.
