House in a closed condominium 250m from the beach of Juquey with total security, 24 hour doorman. Ideal for families and couples looking for tranquility.
The house is very airy and comfortable, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, kitchen with all household items, individual barbecue and laundry with washing machine.
The condominium has an adult and children's pool, games room, playground and garage for 2 cars.
It has a beach service, the condominium employees take 1 umbrella and 04 chairs per house at 8:30 am and pick up at 4:00 pm. The house offers 4 more beach chairs and 1 umbrella, these are not from the condominium and it is the sole responsibility of the renter to take and return from the beach.
