Why they chose this property
The property appeals to us, because it is situated in a quite part of the village, so it is at the same time peaceful but still only 3 minutes away from all the action.
What makes this property unique
The house is newly built and therefor modern. It is one of only a handful of beachfront properties im South Africa that faces north. The architect was able to design a house with the living area as well as 3 of the bedrooms having spectacular sea- and mountain views.
