This modern and cozy home is tastefully decorated with designer furniture, has two private gardens and private pool, flat screen TV, WiFi, and other amenities. This house is great for couples, families or business travelers. It is located in a quiet and safe gated community (with security at night) in the Fidepaz neighborhood. It is 10 minutes by car from downtown La Paz (malecón), 7 minutes from the airport, and 20-25 minutes from some of Baja's most amazing beaches. The property has one surveillance device in the front of the house, next to the main door (Ring Doorbell Camera) for security purposes.

A Quiet, Comfortable, Well-Appointed La Paz Oasis

We loved this place and our Host could not have been kinder or more helpful. This stylish home is situated within a small gated community (w/security) that's located conveniently between the airport and the lively Malecon downtown beach-front. We particularly enjoyed the enclosed patio/pool area -- a cool, shady place to enjoy our morning coffee with the songbirds or a refreshing swim in the evenings. Enjoy!

I was born and raised in the Arizona - Sonora Borderlands. I've dedicated my career to nature conservation. I have traveled the world and visited over 30 countries and have lived in amazing places in the US, Greece, Germany, UK and Mexico.

Why they chose this property

In 2008, I visited La Paz for the first time and fell in love with its mountain-desert-ocean environment. I also love the fact that this is a very environmentally conscious community. You'll notice that there are no plastic bags at the grocery store or plastic straws and Styrofoam plates in restaurants - this is thanks to a state law that came into effect a few years back. The locals are proud of their city and are constantly working to make this a great place to live for you, me and future generations.

What makes this property unique

My home is in a very safe and quiet gated community with quick access to downtown (10 minutes), airport (7 minutes) and all the major grocery/department stores (Soriana, Chedraui, Walmart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, Liverpool). It is a very peaceful place. I enjoy sitting in the front garden listening to the birds while drinking my coffee or reading a book in the morning, having dinner under the palapa in the backyard after a long day at the beach or taking a plunge in the pool on a warm summer day.
