INDULGE - FRESH FLOWERS, MANY AMENITIES

I take pride in cleanliness of my guesthouse (yes I even wipe off the remote controls).

I am very flexible with check in time when available. Please don't hesitate to ask (the day before your booking) if you'd like to arrive before 3:00 PM.
The guest house is private just for you.
Luxurious super sized bath towels and bed linens are provided. Full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, full sized refrigerator, stove, fully stocked with dishes, cookware, blender, silverware, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, french press, napkins and paper products. Many extras such as coffee, tea, honey, sugar.

Many other amenities include: shampoo, conditioner, razors, shower gel, q-tips, hair dryer, lotion, toot brushes, tooth paste, hair spray, and sewing kit. Ironing board and iron in laundry room.

Great Wi-Fi, also Netflix, Pluto TV, Amazon Prime movies. Window air conditioner cools guesthouse along with 3 ceiling fans and if you need more 2 box fans.

Convenient

Very cute. Beds comfortable. Owner had every thing you might have forgotten. The only thing was it said breakfast included in price and we had baked muffins and cookies the first day but nothing else our other 5 days.

Absolutely awesome!!!

This place was so charming, cozy and clean. It was my husband and my cousin and me that stayed there for our son’s wedding. We all loved it. I would highly recommend it. The owner had chocolate chip muffins made for us and fresh flowers out to greet us. She met us when we first arrived and said if there is anything we needed to let her know. So hospitable. It was just amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer and had time to just relax.

Middletown

The space was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for us to explore the historical sites in the general area. We had everything we needed and the fresh flowers and homemade blueberry muffin were the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend this vrbo to stay at.

We are close to the C&O canal path and Potomac River for biking and boating.
We are 1 mile from Richland golf club, country club and sports bar.
We are close to Harper's Ferry and Greenbriar State Park.
We are 15 minutes from Boonsboro which features shops and great eating, along with Nora Robert's famous hotel. There's a great Pub called Dan's with many brews on tap. Dan's has great onion rings and crab cakes too.
We are 5 minutes from Myersville which has an Amish Market and J & B Seafood.
If you like to shop Clarkesburg outlets are 30 min away, Hagerstown outlets are 17 minutes away and Gettysburg outlets are 35 minutes away.
We are a half hour from Gettysburg, PA.
Antietam battle fields and other historical sights are near by.
Downtown Frederick is only a 12 minute drive featuring food, specialty shops, antique shops, as well as wine and brew pubs.
We are near many antique malls.
