This two story home has three bedrooms up and two bedrooms down. 4 bedrooms have king beds for comfort and bedrooms have smart TV’s with Netflix, Hulu, & Amazon Prime Apps.

The main floor has the master bedroom with a private bath that has a jacuzzi tub, shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom, on the opposite end of the home, has the second bathroom just outside. Stained concrete on the main level makes it perfect to avoid the worries of spilled juice or a glass of wine.

The upstairs has three bedrooms with a jack and jill bath. The 5th bedroom upstairs has two full/twin bunk beds. With a smart TV and video game console, It can be used as a bedroom or place for the kids to play while you relax.

The living room has two couches to accommodate family movie time or relaxation, and the laundry room has a high efficiency front load washer and dryer

There is a dining table for 6, a breakfast nook that seats 4, and bar in the kitchen that provides plenty of room for 12-14 to eat if you children in the crowd. The patio out back is great for grilling and there is parking for five vehicles out front.

Children’s books, board games, PS3 & Xbox 360 are available to entertain the youngsters, but please note the PS3 & Xbox 360 have 1 controller each. Bring extra controllers and games if desired.
