Beautiful Villa that's highly rated

I AM PROUD OF THE 100+ 5 STAR VIEWS GUESTS HAVE GIVEN.

The spacious villa has a south-facing electric heated pool with pool cage, and the lanai overlooks a small, peaceful canal.

The villa is furnished to a high standard, has full air conditioning, and wireless Internet. Some Rotonda properties are on busy roads, but my villa is located in a quiet cul de sac (no outlet) with no through traffic, so it's a wonderful place to unwind - yet it is close to many amenities.

CLEANING COSTS INCLUDED IN TOTAL RENTAL CHARGE.

The spacious living/great room has a 40" 4K TV, Blu-Ray/DVD Player, CD/radio, and two really comfortable power reclining sofas. There is a separate formal dining area and also a breakfast nook, but we enjoy eating at the poolside table, beside the sun loungers, looking out down the canal. Many of our guests sit out on the lanai in the evenings and make use of the barbeque grill.

The master bedroom is 24 feet long with a king-size bed and digital TV. It leads to a large en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, deep bath, 'his' and 'hers' wash basins and vanity units. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and digital TV, while the third bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has a chest and walk-in closet, and there is a second bathroom with shower for bedrooms two and three. Both the master bedroom and the great room have sliding doors that open out onto the lanai.

The large kitchen is well-equipped with all the normal facilities. It has a breakfast bar with bar stools, and there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Rotonda West is a sought-after residential community, close to miles of superb sandy beaches. There are endless possibilities for golfing (4 courses within 5 miles!), fishing, shelling, boating, and nature trips. Scenic Broadmoor Park is very nearby.

The area boasts several good restaurants as well as casual dining, and there are many shops and malls in Englewood, Port Charlotte, Venice, Sarasota and Ellenton.

The combination of quality accommodation in a superb locality means a great stay for guests, many of whom return to the villa when they vacation in Florida.

Perfect Stay in Rotonda West

We had a great time in our vacation. The villa was very clean, it had all we needed, we used the pool every day. Location is also convenient, for grocery shopping and beach access. Prompt communication when needed.

We first fell in love with the Rotonda area in 1999, and rented different villas there each year. As rentors we learnt a great deal about what makes a good vacation property. When we purchased our holiday home in 2006 we put that experience to use.

What makes this property unique

The villa ticks many boxes - quiet location - yet close enough to beaches, shops and restaurants. Excellent south facing lanai and pool, plenty of space, huge master bedroom with walk in master bathroom, 2 car garage.
